As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We came through at about 1:45am and after waiting in the car line that didn’t move I walked up to the window to see what the deal was. People in the line at the window had been there for 30 minutes and hadn’t moved either.. We were stuck bc we couldn’t get our car out of line.. we ended up getting half our order about 50 minutes later when one of the 3 workers came out and handed us a bag and we motioned the cat behind us to back up so we were finally able to back out.. it was a terrible experience. I have no idea if they were really understaffed or what but there weren’t actually THAT many customers only maybe 4 cars in line the whole time and maybe 6 customers at the window.. it just appeared to be that no one was working inside.. Maybe they were on strike.. Who knows? We did get our money back the next day though bc we paid via app while sitting in the line.. So that was the only positive thing I can say about this experience. The whole experience lasted about an hr.. Longest hr ever.. I shouldn’t have chosen checkers. Eek

Absolutely terrible. I just left from there with my girlfriend. The guy at the window who was working drive thru was being very rude and disrespectful when me and my gf were trying to order talking over us being very very rude rushing us. Said slick stuff under his breath so we get to the window and one he throws his bag at her and then we had asked for ranch her charged us 74 cents for one ranch so we gave it to him then he gave us the rest of our money we told him keep the change as we drove off he threw the change at my girlfriends head in the car. The man looked mixed, very skinny, he had a beard or mustache he looked kind of pale. Terrible customer service. He kept egging it on and being very hands on just throwing everything at us in our car.
