What a great deal on lunch! Justin’s customer service is exceptional. The pretzel bun cheeseburger combo is delicious, especially the seasoned fries. My order was fresh and prepared correctly. I love checkers so I come quit a bit, but it’s the usual fast food experience, ya know with some passive aggressive workers, but today service was absolutely amazing. From the lady on the speaker to the one handing me my food. Very polite and energetic. You can tell they are great workers. 10/10

I hope this is the right location I visited checkers in Lynn haven and the staff were all so polite and kind. The lady that took my order with the braids set the tone I was already pleased with the customer service before I was even handed my food. Excellent job to them I’ll definitely be back !

The young lady on the window was a polite and fast as could be. BUT wow the food was not that good, well the burger was not hot my cheese was not even melted on my cheese burger. Now the fries was hot and good. But it will be a minute if I do come back.

Last night at around 10pm I attempted to buy some food for myself. And after 5 minutes of standing at the window waiting without even so much as a ” we will be right with you ” the person siting at the table who i thought was a customer gets up and walks past me , In to the store and did not say hello or even Look at me.
He proceeded to the back of the store…
At that point I went to WHATABURGER just a few blocks over. .
This is the most trash service of any store in the Panama City area that you will find. This is from the perspective of Both a CUSTOMER & Driver.
NOTE.
I contacted the
1800 number they provide and the person answering the phone dis not even speak English and acted more like a gate keeper than a concerned employee..

For months I tried to avoid this location because I didn’t like my experience couple months ago tonight I decided to try it again it was AMAZING everyone looked so happy to be there the food was hot and fresh the girl with fro hair that made my burger ensured me she was gonna make my order hot and fresh and she indeed delivered I will be here every night ! Literally got there at 8:07pm, ordered 2 burgers and one fry. Still didn’t have my order at 8:45. I go to the window and they don’t have my food. The excuse was “It is my first night.” and the burgers were ice cold.
