As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Honestly, been going to this location for years, they were open late before COVID and I was working a second job late and would swing by to get a small snack. It was always hot, fresh, and affordable. Prices are more expensive now after COVID (like everywhere else) but their app has good deals.
I accidentally ordered from this location instead of the one by my appointment today. I called telling them I would be able to get over there until it was over and that would be over an hour. They told me there would be no problem and they’d make me food fresh, even when they had already made it. I went by there and they did just that and refused to have me pay again, reassuring me there was no problem.
It meant so much and the burger and fries are incredible. Thanks for just downloading their app, I was able to get BOGO on a burger.

Walked up to window to order and was rudely told by the staff person that it was drive through only. I have a large vehicle which isn’t drive through friendly, so we left. As we were driving away several minutes later, it looked like someone else was ordering food and paying at the same window.

Worst service, attitudes, and general atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. Barking orders at the customer for where to park to wait for the half-heated food. No ketchup… no ketchup, really. Terrible!
