As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this irked me in particular
This location sucks. I tried ordering DoorDash from here not once, but TWICE in one night and received wrong items on both occasions. The first time around, I received an order that was completely wrong. On the second time, they forgot all the sauces I asked for… even the complimentary dipping sauce for the Mozzy sticks! Not only did it inconvenience me, but the Dasher who brought my food unfairly got a strike on their account because of Checkers’ negligence.
Last but not least, the Fingers I ordered were burnt to a crisp and barely recognizable as chicken. The Burger was also burnt, and tasted rotten
As someone who works in the Food Service Industry, this is completely unacceptable.

I won’t be coming back. Here are my last 3 experiences at this store: First, I was told the store was closed while looking directly at a sign that said it should be open; next I was told I had to wait 30 minutes because they were in the middle of a shift change. I’ve worked in Food Service my entire life, that should take 5 minutes tops and a customer shouldn’t be turned away because of it; and the last straw, today I oder a combo with a shake to which I’m told the shake machine doesn’t work. I’m done. There are other places to spend my money. I will not be back to this location.

placed a mobile order at this location, got home and saw this at the bottom of my box (a piece of hair and a used pimple patch). i threw up everything i ate. i called the number connected to the location, the phone is not even connected. i called corporate and they only wanted to give me a $5 credit….. i asked for a full refund of my meal and was told if i wanted a refund i would need to wait 3-4 business days for a call from the stores management team. very unhelpful and unprofessional. will never eat here again. and if i come up sick i will be suing.

Grabbed lunch for me and coworkers on about Jan 6, 2026. Unfortunately, we all became extremely ill, broke out in hives and had nausea with stomach pain. I missed work the next day and other end up at her doctor office. My gut is still having bouts of nausea therefore I have a doctors appointment this week, need to check for H Pylori Bacteria, symptoms match exposure to that!

Went there and said we had a mobile order. The guy went away for three minutes and came back and said he didn’t find any order. We showed him our phone and that we placed it at the right location and he went away again. About a minute later it said the store canceled our order. They also had a line almost around the block that they were not getting to because it looked like they were too busy talking. Would not recommend.

I walked here from my hotel room. I arrived here at 1:35 AM just for them to tell me they were closed. I still love checkers and will try to eat here when I get the chance but they should definitely take down the 2 AM sign. Very disappointed.

We really enjoy your food, especially the fries, but during my last two visits I noticed that the oil didn’t taste fresh—it had a bad flavor. I’m not sure how you check the oil quality or how often it’s changed, but it seemed off.
Also, I ordered the Large XL fries, and ketchup was not included in the bag. When I asked, I was told it was already inside, but when we got home, we saw there was none

Well it’s late, and they’re open.
great place for a burger with minimal wait.
Also their soda machines seem to be calibrated nicely, not watered down like some other places are.
Haven’t enjoyed their fries since they started cooking funnel cakes or whatever in the same fryer, the french fries always smell like a dessert item and it isn’t good.

I was told I couldn’t be served because it was shift change. I am not sure how that works but its something I have never experienced at any fast food restaurant. Being a general manager of a fast food franchise this is totally unacceptable.

Appalachia In Tallahassee. They suck big time food is awful and old most of the time. Honestly stay away from it. Got the special on Texas toast. Awful. Burger was old dry gross. Bread wasn’t even toasted soggy soaked in some kinda butter substitute. Had to throw the bread away and just eat the meat, meat was just old, then I just threw it all away. Dude I’ve had good checkers. This is bad. Either shut it down or pay your employees more so they cook better food and feel more motivated to do better because it’s awful
