As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This specific checkers is a favorite but all the food is good every time. For fast food checkers is a main favorite. The chicken specifically is always hot and not dry, my fiancé says their shakes are the best also. And the workers are always nice too. And as an AI hater the only positive comment I have on the ordering bot is that so far its the only one that works so well and has every time. Very easy to talk to.

Don’t go to the walk up window unless you want to be ignored. Had no choice being in a work van with trailer and ended up waiting around for about 20 Mims. Probably recommend using mobile order or drive through only.

Staff was great friendly and fast. Unfortunately the fries had been refried and were completely saturated and oil. There were only three fries in a medium that were longer than 2 inches the rest were tiny bits which made it even worse. Might have just been the bottom of the bag.

Just don’t. Ordered 2 of the BBQ Pretzel Buford combos with light customizations, 2 orders of the strawberry cheesecake bites, a chicken bites n fries box, and an order of mozzarella sticks to be delivered for my family because I had a migraine and couldn’t drive safely. I didn’t get the mozzarella sticks or the cheesecake bites at all, and BOTH burgers were WILDLY incorrect with ingredients added that are not on those burgers nor were they added in customization, and the buns were falling apart. The store refused to answer the several calls I made and I had to leave a voicemail requesting a refund. This is complete bullcrap.

The manager Lottie was amazing …I’ can sometime be so picky and she accommodated everything I wanted along with the other manager Misty both were amazing they deserve to be in the position there in or better…. awesome ladies awesome!!!!
