As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Checkers might have some of the worst food I ever had. I decided to try Checkers again while I was out working after not going there for a couple of months since they had a deal on the Pretzel Pubster Burger large meal for $7. Ended up being the worst mistake of my life. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, the employee working there smelled like intense body odor and left his stench on my hand when he gave me my change. When I got home and washed my hands, I took a couple bites out of the burger and the bread was stale, the ground beef was luke warm, and the only flavor the burger had was cheese and sauce. Checkers might be the only restaurant that should pay you to eat their food.

We had to sit in the drive through line for 30+ minutes. I could see people inside messing arond while only the cook did anything at all. Sitting at the window for half an hour having to watch the staff not do their jobs is crazy

Yesterday at 6:41 pm exactly I purchased a chicken sandwich with 5 hot wings. I order them separately with with only a minute in between. I was waiting for my food for approximately 25-30 minutes. I got my sandwich first and didn’t get my wings till 10 minutes after. I glanced in the store their are employees on the phone and there is barely a line. I made it back home and I had finished two wings and set the rest aside for later. But it wasn’t till 20 minutes later my stomach started aching and I began to feel nauseous. I got up and to my surprise the meat is legit RED down to the bone. The meat was not cooked throughly at I felt even worse. I was going to call the store back but the store had closed already this is dead wrong it’s sad because I did not mind waiting at all. Especially when it comes to my health this is very disturbing. I am going to hospital to check if I have anything wrong because I can’t deal. I just keep thinking what if I would have finished the whole thing.

Quite good. Make sure you look at both billboards for specials. Apple pies are 2 for $1, delicious. The outside tables and chairs need serious cleaning.

I went to that place on International Speedway and I can tell about a nasty situation while picking up for Doordash. There were several cars waiting to be assisted and there was only one lady in the drivethru. It seems to be that one of the members quit at that moment. I spent around 40 minutes to get the orders since the lady was on the phone I guess explaining what was happening. We deserve to be respected. A really bad experience. I don’t want to go back to that store since they seem not to care the nasty service they provide

It was very loud as we tried to get our food employees were very unprofessional hooping and hollering with a group of college students and encouraged the hollering rather then politely telling them that they needed to tone it down. Super unprofessional in my opinion. I was beyond ready to leave by the time we received our food. This is not at all the service we usually receive from any restaurant this is what you expect from a dive bar. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location.

I had went around 2pm through the drive thru, and when we had got there was a robot taking our order that was very slow and annoying. The service was pretty nice tho, the servers were nice other than the fact that they shorted us on our food. It’s not in the best area of town, the surroundings looked trashy and throwed away. The food that we had got was actually really nice, it was fresh, had a nice taste and everything.
