As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This Checkers is located near where I work. Decided to give their BBQ Big Buford combo and got treated so kind by the staff

Would give 0 stars I’ve I could. When taking my order I was told to pull forward without them actually putting in my order. I was then told to pull around to the delivery line. Where I waited another 15 minutes for my food. To not even have a complete order. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get this food and when I called to talk to someone about it the only resolution I had was to drive another 30 minutes back to get my missing food and that I should of checked my bag before leaving to make sure my order was complete.

Drive-through was pretty long, but it went pretty quick. Seemed as if service was great until you get to the window and the nasty lady wants to open up her mouth rude people all inside that building. She was so nasty to another customer. Oh you need a name let me get you a name Miss Trina that’s right you need to be careful with what you say while you’re in that drive-through because you never know who’s gonna come right through that drive-through and you don’t even know who we are. Do you want to keep your checkers job you need to learn to keep your mouth Quiet while you’re working, nobody wants to hear rude comments in a poor workplace because you’re having a bad day

When I made to the Drive thru the person taking the order was Trina, the worse customer service ever, she started yelling at me saying I was making work hard because I was explaining to her what I was wanting to order. She tried to tell me, my order was wrong I order a plain burger with cheese, the burger Only had the Pattie and bread , I ordered and cheese cake Sunday. I order 6 combos and she said that the way ordering was making her have to back and edit to many times.THE MOST RUD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON I HAVE SEEN IN THIS BUSINESS.

I would give 0 stars if i could. The service I received was terrible. The older white woman working at the drive-through window was disgustingly rude. This behavior is neither acceptable nor appropriate. While I can understand when staff may be short-staffed and overwhelmed, this employee clearly just displayed a terrible attitude. I witnessed her slamming the drive-through window shut after yelling at the customer ahead of me. I was so appalled by this experience that I had to write this review.

When I came to the drive the box, I was greeted by Trina with an incredibly positive personality and outlook. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted to eat and she was patient and kind. When I got up to the window, she was able to assist me with my app and help me get the best deal with my app. She had a smile the entire time and her customer service was absolutely amazing. When she had another order while I was sitting at the window, you could hear the kindness in her voice and the confidence really doing her justice. She is an excellent employee and she made sure that I felt valued as a customer. When I got my food, everything was hot and fresh , it is absolutely delicious and I am so glad I waited until today. The food was absolutely amazing and Customer Service was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for being such a great team player!!

Quality deteriorated further. Don’t try that philly steak. There’s little ingredients inside. I took a picture before I threw it out. The fry burger is below average. Very little fries but they taste good and crispy. The apple pie is delicious so I’m giving it a 2-star. The outdoor seating is dirty.

Stop by to try the new pretzel pubster. It was made very sloppy, bread was falling apart as if it was stale and too soft no where near pretzel bun EVER! And also the sandwich was not modified as I asked. Literally throwed it away!!

Let’s start with the chick working the drive thru cannot multitask like couldn’t speak and put in the order at the same time. Pretty sad. The food was definitely below mediocre. This manager is a joke. He tried to tell me this was a medium fry?! lol what a joke buddy!
