As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Worst dining experience ever. Food and service both sucked. The manager was yelling the drive thru time the entire time. Then when we got to the window, she was yelling the time at us. It was so rude! The food was cold and not fresh to order. Even the fried fish patty was cold and who screws up fries?!? Worst fries I have ever eaten–not hot, tasted like the oil was old, and they were over seasoned avoid this place like the plague. The food is uneatable. We threw most of it out.

This experience was awful! We waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and after ordering, we got to the window where the staff was loudly chatting and yelling, having a great time—completely ignoring us. They asked me to park and wait for my food, which ended up taking another 15 minutes.
When I finally got home and opened the bag, everything was wrong. Instead of the sandwich I ordered, I received a burger slathered with so much mayonnaise that it was basically a mayo sandwich. It was disgusting.
In total, we spent 35 minutes waiting for fast food, which is already unreasonable, and it was completely wrong when we got it. There was no excuse either—we were the only ones there, so it wasn’t a busy time.
I tried calling multiple times, but no one ever picked up, probably because of all the yelling and noise inside.
We will definitely not be returning to this location. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

From my experience I’ve had to wait just a little bit of time for my and my family’s food to be made fresh. The employees have always been pleasant. My orders have also always been accurate.

Visited today at 1/31/2026 12:05 a.m., order 410185, got down the road and discovered my drink was a coke, went back to the restaurant to get the correct drink which was a sweet tea, was then informed they only have coke, diet coke and sprite. So, instead of informing me of this they just picked a drink, and gave it to me?? That is totally unprofessional! If an item isn’t available you inform the customer and allow them to choose another item or offer a refund period! Didn’t get an apology or anything, so that further acknowledged that they made the conscious decision to do what they did and absolutely didn’t care. Completely unacceptable!! Also, the bun was supposed to be a sesame seed bun for this style burger, but received the other type of bun, if they ran out or transitioned to no sesame seed buns due to supply chain issues, then the customer needs to be informed of this. Bottom line, if food or drinks aren’t available their answer is well just pick for the customer, and just hand it to them. Outside of the obvious, here is another reason why that is a huge problem. Some customers have food delivered via door dash, Uber etc. well, if the customer that placed the order receives incorrect food and drinks, they blame the delivery driver and will give them a terrible review or no tip, when in fact is was the restaurants fault. Enough of those bad reviews and they are out of a job. So now the customer is mad, and the delivery driver as well, but guess who isn’t? The restaurant, because they got their money no matter what unscrupulous tactics they used to do so.
I really didnt enjoy my meal tonight, receiving items I didnt like, a coke and buns that I didnt like and the decision of the restaurant to do this let’s me know that keeping business isn’t important to them, or ensuring that customers get the items they order.

The fries are still great but something has happened to the meat.
Every burger I get now is GREY. It looks steamed and it’s tasting less and less like BEEF.
I just spent $16 on a meal and fries and my Burger patties with GREY smothered in black pepper. I couldn’t stomach a single bite.
I threw the burger out the window and left. I’ll never eat checkers again. Why on earth would the burger patties be GREY and void of flavor?
If I want fries I may come back but their burgers have become the nasties thing available.
Go to Burger King if you want a burger that doesn’t look like rotten meat.

Burger was absolutely horrible. It was dry with no flavor. The secret sauce that was on it must have been a real secret to keep because it has maybe a dime size drop that was not spread around. No one else in the drive through and the lady was still rushing to get me out of there to the point I asked for my receipt and she treated it like I asked her to mow my lawn. Never again.

I was really apprehensive by the looks of the grounds. Anyway, tried the $4 hamburger meal deal. 1/4 pound double cheeseburger, fry, drink and apple pie. The hamburger was not bad, but the stars were the fries and pie. People are right, best fries. Next the spicy chicken sandwich meal. $4 same sides. This was good. Excellent spicy chicken sandwich.
