As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My experience comes from my fiance, for one, they are using a crappy AI that can not tell you what’s in the food nor request say “no onion” on something when you order, and then the lady handing off the food was incredibly rude to my partner when they asked about no onions on the burger, staring stating “its already made.” Secondly, they didnt hand over the drink my partner ordered, and when they asked what size, they were going to make her pay for a new one, when she already paid for it. Save your time, go to the one on Dawson Rd. Oh and Checkers, ditch the AI, its ruined a previous order of mine before, and clearly was about to again.

So I arrived almost closing time so I guess magically they only had 3 pieces of meat left and there wasn’t nothing else to get. So I said okay let me get everything you have left and that was some was 3 checker burgers and some old fries. I pulled off and around to the parking area just to see if the car behind me get anything and magically they did. I know time have changed and sometimes you be ready to go home but no matter what you gotta do your job first. I blame Management for this because when I worked there we still cooked until the last minute. There are ways to keep the part you cleaned still clean and put out food just saying it’s been done. I really didn’t eat the burgers because I thought it may have been contaminated some how. Don’t want anyone to lose their job just do better.

Service was rude, was being swapped between 2 people while trying to order. When they did take my order of the pick any 2 for 4.50 2 crispy chicken sandwiches they just said ok pull around. I pulled around handed my card took a moment (which is fine it takes time to process). Then get told go wait… took 30 minutes but hey at least the food was warm and not cold. I was the only person there at about 4:30pm on a Wednesday. After waiting about 10 minutes i saw someone else pull up order and get their food with no issues.

The burger was not good at all. I took 1 bite and threw it away, fries were so greasy the oil dripped off of them. Like the oil wasn’t hot when they were dropped in the cooker. The tea tasted sour. The staff was friendly.

Cause why I spent $28 just to get home and my husband checked his food and his champ burger had small patties on it when it’s supposed to have had a large patty idk how they checkers work up here but yes he was very upset cause that’s not what you supposed to do when serving customers. If that all they had they was supposed to let the customer know that.

First I asked for the small meal mothers cruncher. Was charged and give a medium sized meal. Since I was in a rush I didn’t mention it. The food was ready emdeitly after I let the box. I was happy it was quick because I’m in a rush. I grabbed my food handed the lady my card. After 5 minutes with my card she hands it back. I’m still waiting because she didn’t give me a receipt. After 2 minutes of her being away from the window talking to a coworker. She finally turns around and walks over. I asked her for my receipt, she replied it’s on the bag in a sharp tone. I explained to her that’s not my receipt and a receipt can’t be printed out to pay for my food before I give you my payment method (Credit Card). With a rude attitude she prints it off and said here. Not wanting to create a scene about her unprofessionalism I left. With in 3 minutes of leaving I arrived home. All the food was cold and I stay 2 miles away from Checkers. My wife asked me to try her mother cruncher because it didn’t taste right. It tasted more like grease than chicken.

Drove from Lee Co. To Albany to get checkers. The first trip they gave me the wrong order. So I drove back to get the correct order after I called and notified them. Just got home after my second trip to find out that ALL MY FREAKING food was microwaved and given to me. The meat is HOT, HARD, & RUBBERY .. the fries are HARD and EMPTY. I’m so p***ed. Just close it down if we can’t get what we paid for.
