As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This Checkers completes orders accurately and timely. However they tend to provide faster service and attention to the drive thru. If your ordering at the front window it takes longer to get someone to take your order. They don’t notice you standing there waiting for service. But the food is fresh and worth the wait.

DO NOT EAT HERE, I love Checkers, but this particular location was a huge disappointment. The fries were extremely soggy and drenched in oil, and the Big Buford meal I received was missing key ingredients, no tomatoes, no onions and the overall presentation was unappetizing.Take a look at what they served me, it’s unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning to this location again.

Usually love Checkers but last few times I asked for no mustard I had mustard on my Big Beaufort I just can’t eat mustard and didn’t know till i got home I even checked and it was marked NO MUSTARD BUT IT WAS ON IT I wasn’t about to drive 15 miles each way to return just upsetting for it wasn’t the first time get it together or loose a die-hard Checkers fan usually the best fast food in valdosta but I couldn’t eat my food!

Went on 01/07/2024 around 8:20pm. Very disappointed in the customer service ,the workers ,and especially the manager. Was overcharged for 2 hotdogs instead they decided to ring me up for chili dog mix and match and take off the chili like what sense does that make when I clearly see two hot dog are ($1.59) a piece then when I call the error out they act like it’s a problem to refund me the difference of almost a $1.00 .Instead the manager thought it would solve the problem by giving me $.45 . Highly would not recommend this establishment .

Another cheat day favorite!!! The fry lovers burger is my pick with a side order of fries. If I let myself, I’d eat these fries daily. This particular Checkers location is the best one I’ve been to because of the staff. The food was fresh and served by a smiling face.
