As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I ordered food here a few months back (I can’t remember what I ordered) and thought it was decent. I didn’t eat anything other than Checkers that day and nothing at all leading up the next evening. The next evening I started feeling nauseous and had pain in my upper stomach and knew something wasnt right. The next couple of days were horrible. I’m pretty positive I got food poisoning from the food I ate here so do yourself a favor and skip this place.

They mess up our order every time we eat there my husband has asked multiple times for no pickles on his burger because he is allergic and they did it 4 times putting pickles and the cooks aren’t wearing gloves touching meat and then everything else after that’s cross contamination I used to be a manager at a restaurant and I’ve never seen such terrible health risks in my life someone needs to go replace those people

We placed our order online and once we arrived at the restaurant we followed the pickup order directions to the pickup window. No one acknowledged us and we waited for a while before someone finally came to the window with our food. Everything was correct.
The food was very good,

Ik Checkers better than this but tonight I jus wasn’t satisfied I had two doordash orders bout were not even hot I had to warm up in the microwave the first order everything was wrong the chicken was refried the burgers weren’t right even tho I payed extra and then they have the audacity to not answer the phone.

I arrived and I sat at the speaker for 10–15 minutes before my order was ever taken, I had to repeat my order to the woman five different times, they continued to take 10–15 more minutes to ever take my payment and then I was still waiting for my food. As soon as I got my food and checked everything I informed them of the incorrect preparation of my burger, which had ketchup put on it even though I specified multiple times for no ketchup or tomatoes (as I am allergic). And the WHOLE time the crew had a horrible attitude. Not to mention the boy making orders with NO gloves on. This store should be ASHAMED of yourself.
