As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went out of my way for Checkers fries and was disappointed. They were cooked ok but tasted like too many other foods had been cooked in the same oil or that the oil was getting too old. To end on a positive, the man who took my order was very pleasant.

12/18/25 I stopped by this location today and I was thoroughly impressed with how quick and courteous the service was. Raj was the one that helped me with my order. He was very friendly and got my order out fresh, hot, and exactly as I ordered it. I will definitely be going back and encourage you all to go see Raj!

It took a 1hr to get to the windows after order. Then my order was not complete, very disappointed, told use to pull up. Bad management, he couldn’t work cash register seems like, only black girl was helping him get it together. Only family seems like work there.

I missed everything that is about checkers. From the french fries to the spicy chicken sandwich. I live in the north now where I don’t even have a Rally’s close by. But not even Rally’s comes close to the real thing that I know is called CHECKERS!! Customer service is great, and the wait was not long. Food was hot and ready to eat. Chili cheese dogs on the bomb. Everything on their menu is the bomb.

Don’t even waste your time going here. There are kids working in that kitchen playing around with your food, so therefore you will be wasting your hard earned money. One thing i don’t like to do is waste my time nor money that i work so hard for and not get my food up par. The wait time in the drive thru was ridiculous. I received no straw after receiving my strawberry milkshake and didn’t notice until i pulled off. I also got a chicken and fries box only to receive OLD chicken bites that clearly have been sitting. My chili cheese burger was very slopping an all over the place. On a fish sandwich the bread was soggy and falling apart as if it was made earlier that day. Sauce all over the bottom of the bun. Please get this fixed asap. No customer should have to deal with the disrespect of neglected food. Do better.

Oh man, it hurts to give this rating because I LOVE Checkers but I have to be honest. This location dropped the ball in a few ways and I was very disappointed to be honest, because I was so excited to stop by. It was 7-9 pm when we drove up and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a burger meal, chili cheese fries and funnel cake fries. The spicy chicken sandwich was warm(ish) not hot, very tiny amount of lettuce and was squishy with excess oil. The hamburger was fine, nothing special though. The chili cheese fries were also not hot or fresh fries, although the chili & cheese sauce was hot. The best part or freshest item was the funnel cake fries although half of them had powdered sugar and the other half didn’t. I was very bummed overall.

I usually like Checkers. Burhers and fries are delicious… But, this was the worst visit to any Checkers location that I’ve been to. The food was hot,which was the best part. The double cheeseburger was OK at most. Not sure if they us a timer or not but this was a bit undercooked. The fries though…What happened?!? They tasted like they were cooked in old cooking oil. Horrible. The frozen drink machine was down too. The birds liked the fries if that means anything. I was really disappointed in this visit. Location was dirty and blah I will not be visiting this location again. I’ll drive to Hinesville.

I waited in line for 45 min with my free budford coupon waiting for my food for me to get to the window and they tell the coupon is not working and it’s nothing they can do about it. The manager Mark was very rude and slammed the window in my face. I come here often and this my first interaction with him. I have never had these problems from any of the other staff. Mark is going to cause you to lose a lot of business. Get rid of him
