As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food is usually made to order and hot. I like this location for that reason only. The service is hit or miss. During the early mornings around 130am they usually limit orders by saying their system is down but it is not true. They will continue to take mobile orders but they do not relay that to their customers.

Horrible customer service. I hate the AI speaker thing. It got my order wrong and when I pulled around and told the cashier Adajah she walked away smirking without saying anything. Then she handed me my food (again not saying anything). Food was wrong of course, but I didn’t want them spitting in it so I just left. Will not return.

hadn’t been to Checkers in 405 years but have the urge for their fries I ordered the large which was the third out of four sizes coming in at just over $4 after tax what I got was the equivalent to a size halfway between a McDonald’s small and a McDonald’s regular and it wasn’t even filled up

Disgusting. I came and spent almost $20 for the big buford combo and a milkshake and the whole burger was cold and soggy, the milkshake was completely watered down and mind you i live 4 minutes away from the establishment

I got 4 of the $4 deal meal and you can tell there is someone different cooking. It was awful. The spicy chicken sandwich tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave. I like my chicken crispy and it definitely wasn’t that. The burgers wasn’t seasoned, just bland. They didn’t even fill up the fry pouches, hardly had any fries. And the drinks had hardly no ice. I know I’m complaining about alot but I’m not used to Checkers being this awful.
