You need to do away with the automated/robot ordering system at the drive thru. For multiple reasons. One it’s very annoying, to the point I almost just drove off and went somewhere else. 2 other people did drive off because of it while I waited on my food. The other reason is it trains your employees to not interact with customers. When I got to the window the only thing she said was the dollar amount and when the food was done she just shoved her arm out of the window. Not a thank you or anything. It makes your entire customer service garbage. After having horrible service the food was not even worth eating. Burger was cold and dry and the chicken sandwich was just okay. If I come back here, I will drive off if I get to the order board and you still have a computer taking the orders!

Not sure why checkers has become a daycare center with screaming running around touching the food. The person at the register got a Nintendo switch propped up playing games. No wonder it takes 30 minutes for an order

I forgot to take photos but I got the number 4 and it was pretty good. Did not like the AI ordering system. It takes a lot longer to order and just feels like a hassle over a real person. We also a wrong drink possibly because of the AI.

Went through the drive tru as the app states to pickup a Doordash and the lady at the window REFUSED to give me the customers order. I was the only person in line. She said it wasn’t allowed at drive tru window and I stated to her that I done it the night before and that the app also tells you that. she still refused and demanded I go to the walk up window then proceeded to run away from the drive thru window and into the back door. At 11:20 at night and being rude talking and demanding me the way she did, I refuse to use the walk up window in an environment like that. Very unprofessional

You have to talk to a robot as soon as you pull up that may or may not listen to what you have to order makes it frustrating. The orders are always wrong and they always forget to put the correct orders in the bag.

Took a break from work and went here to grab something fast to east bc I didn’t want to drive far, let’s just say I should’ve just eased on down to McDonald’s or anywhere else. 1st off the automated (Ai) worker or whatever they call it, got in my last nerve, bc when u edit ur sandwich it gets confused so a worker had to step in and place my order, which I got the 5 mix n match make it a meal. I spent a lil over $8 which was a waste bc my sprite which I got without ice was flat, the fish sandwich was a lil hard around the edges and nasty which the grease more in likely need to be switched out (I worked fastfood before so I know when items are cooked in none rotated or burnt grease). The hamburger was also nasty and had a taste to it, I just can’t explain. Besides that, it was just ughhhhh. The fries were the only thing I enjoyed. Ever since they moved to this new location, the food has been nasty. They need their old crew back from when it was at their last location. I will not be eating here again. I thought since the last time I ate here, it would’ve gotten a lil better, but it seems worse. I want waste another penny here. Forgot to add also that the drive thru service is very slow.

This establishment gets a one across the board. I spent 37 dollars for two medium meals and two separate chicken sandwiches. Now you would think i would receive fresh food HA! HA!. Not a chance. Not only was it a rip off in price, but the food was horrible. The chicken was hard, old, and slathered in mayo to cover it up. My order was wrong and when I had to get out to get it right they still gave me the wrong thing. Maybe I should have ordered the wrong thing and it would have been right. It’s a straight up no for me
