The cook said he couldn’t cook my burger well gave me this instead it’s barely cooked smh then one of the employees yells out just give her her money back which no one ever did. I didn’t say one word I politely left the store quietly the customer service was terrible, except for the lady at the drive-through, who was the only good part about visiting checkers today‼️ when I asked for fresh popcorn chicken I got another order of cold ones like he refused to serve fresh food like nobody wants to buy the food that’s been sitting in the warmer for two hour that’s not cool at all

Wait wasn’t long at all. You can tell they don’t make the food fresh. The chicken fingers are dark brown and looks like it was dropped back in the grease to appear fresh. The shiny look is grease. Not a healthy option but adding more grease to cooked food is bad.

This place has horrible customer service. The cashier went back and forth with me about my order. I asked if he had everything correct and to repeat it back and it was wrong. Instead of him just correcting it he decided it was best to go back and forth over the intercom at the drive-thru. After I waited 10 min in line with 2 cars ahead of me and he came to the window nasty attitude and all. He then decided to take his time and have me wait an additional 15 minutes at the window. Just horrible experience!!! Never again
