As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The fries were limp, not what I’m used to from this restaurant. The burgers were tough to chew like they were a day or more old. It was like chewing on leather. The cashier was friendly. However, my order was 8.86. She attempted to give me $11 in cash back and keep the change. When I looked at it, she then said “hold on let me see if she has change (referring to a manager)” Why do major corporations think that they can just take your money because it’s a few cents. Imagine them doing that to every customer. It begins to add up. The atmosphere was unpleasant as we pulled up and burglar bars are on the drive thru window. The cashier could barely pass food, change, and items through the bars. ♀️

The customer was ok but the hot dogs was discolored and mushy ugh . Seems like they been sitting since yesterday ♀️. I normally do not have any issues with checkers…. Please do better

We did take out the person whom took my order didn’t really seem to know the menu I had a few questions that went unanswered I didn’t see what I original went there for on the menu so I asked about it and I got an answer that had nothing to do with what I asked also there was a $5 meal deal going on we asked about he also didn’t know about we had to go around and look at the sign again

I go to checkers very often and they a great job I had the pleasure of meeting a bright young lady name Arionna she kept a smile on her face just a lil concern because I have noticed she working at window and making food every time I came she done a great job on getting our food hot fresh keep up with the great work sweetie hopefully you will get the help you need

Terrible service waited on line in the drive through. The lady who took our order had no patience and constantly sighed and give a lot of attitude when we were simply trying to place our order. Not only that for the last thing we wanted to add to our order she kept ignoring us. We eventually drove up to the window and she said that we need to drive around again if we want to add something else to the order. To top it all off she even got our drink wrong and put Dr Pepper instead of root beer. Definitely not planning on going back to this place again.
