As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This location is disgusting. I ordered fries and ice cream. The fries had LINT and HAIR in them. The ice cream portion on the cone I ordered was very small for the price and compared to other locations I’ve been to. I gave a customer review for the manager to contact me and they NEVER REACHED OUT TO FIX THIS. Very nasty and unprofessional. I almost ate that 🙁 I would not recommend this location and will not be returning

Food was great. One of the best fries that you can get from any fastfood. Their tenders are not so great. Burgers were great as always for the price you pay. Their chicken sandwich was use some improvement. Mcdonalds, bk and wendys have started using better quality chicken for sandwiches so hopefully checkers will follow that soon. Cashier was a friendly person. Inside the kitchen looks pretty clean and organized from outside too.

It’s already bad enough you have a machine talking to you to place a order & still get it wrong. It’s even more sad u spend $25 and can’t even get fresh fries. The two girls on shift yesterday could of easily fixed the problem but instead “you want a refund?!” Yes. Yes I do…it was no reason we couldn’t get ALL of our food fresh.. dropping fries that’s been sitting out does not count as FRESH fries! everytime I come here It’s no line wrapped around the corner..make the food right the first time to avoid making mistakes and refunds

Update: I drove there really early one day trying to get the milkshake and ice-cream, just to learn they just finished cleaning the machine and waiting for it to pick up so it would be a couple more minutes waiting!!! I asked and apparently, they clean their machine twice weekly!!! Y’all, the fact that their food is always fresh and fast already makes it worth the trip, they have ice-cream / milkshake machine that are clean and always ready to serve! This place deserves a 100 stars
I would not expect customer service anywhere in the fast food industry but this place sure changed my mind. Staffs are really nice and patience with me and happy to assist when I had questions about the item! Shakes and ice-cream are delicious! Fish sandwich is amazing. Fries and ck tenders are fresh and well-seasoned! Overall a great experience!

Look, its fast food. Lots of these reviews are people who cant be honest with themselves. Ive been coming here since it OPENED… I live 1min away, and I’ve never had any issues that you dont have anywhere else from time to time. Overall, I still hit this spot regularly. Lots of Chili cheese fries and popcorn chicken combos. The fast food connoisseurs that are upset at kids working here or sporadic issues with food quality probably cruised up on a hoveround with Wilford Brimley and an insulin machine gun. Fast food places all get low reviews because they don’t get respect for what they are. They should all get an automatic 1star bump just because everyone downs them like they’re supposed to compete with Wolfgang puck. Get real folks.
