As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Not only did they give me the WRONG meal, they gave me a fish sandwich that had been sitting around ALL DAY & got the nerve to put it between to buns & send it out! My fries were just as horrible also! This is now on my worst place to eat list
I tried it again 2/27/26 & I was eating a double fish sandwich & bit into a staple in my food. This is after the fact of already having my meal being wrong, cause I ordered the 2 for 7 & was given a single burger when it supposed to be a double & I was given a fish sandwich that had been sitting around & got reheated & served to me. I could’ve died from digesting the staple. I feel this was intentional from them getting my order wrong. Where would the staple come from?

saw them drop one of my philly cheese bites and i asked them for the complete order and they said “you want it?” implying i wanted the one on the floor instead of the correct answer of “sorry sir we’ll drop a new batch”. I’m not sure if the lady in the purple shirt is management however the gentleman on the grill had to remind her twice that I was at the window she ignored him twice so he took my order and she wasn’t pleasant. Customer service is everything heck at least pretend you like your job sheesh. I’m leaving a one star review instead of a two or three even though I’m thankful that The gentleman did come and help me when I was handed my food no thank you no have a great day set it down walked away like that is not customer service

If you want hair in your food, come to this Checkers! Management — please make your cooks wear hair nets. It’s unacceptable to find hair in food, and it makes the whole experience unappetizing. Please take this seriously and enforce proper hygiene in the kitchen.

I really support young adults trying to work and make a living, however this location should be shut down until A. The drive through is paved because there’s huge holds all around that can damage your car. B I ordered my food and the fries were soggy and then looked at my burger and it was old and cold. Took a bite of my apple pie and let me tell you. This was by far the worst checkers EVER. I was on a lunch break and was very hungry. I stop by and not only was the food horrible. I gave the food back without eating anything, simply because of the fries and apple pie. If they were that bad Imagine how the burger taste. I asked for a refund of my money and was told I have ro come back at 4pm when the manager is there. It was 2pm and I had to be back to work at 2:30. Man this was bad very bad now im going back when I get off to get a refund of my money.
