As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I did a delivery order on 02.18.26 and I was appalled by what I received. One of the spicy chicken sandwiches I received had an orange clip sitting on the chicken patty. It’s a good thing that I opened the sandwich to look and see what was on it. I was very disgusted by what I found on my sandwich. This is a food safety issue and object contamination problem. I WILL NOT be ordering from this place again.

Went there this evening, did an online order, mistakenly ordered twice, tried to get a refund, the manager refused, had to call corporate and corporate stated that that the manager of the store would have to review it and she will determine whether I deserve my refund or not! Can u believe that!? Only in the hood. Don’t go to this checkers! They are taking peoples money and pocketing it!

Went to this location for a little quick bite to eat. Made sure the to repeat myself at the window that I didn’t want any lettuce or mayo on my sandwich (because I’m allergic) the worker said “okay I got you” & what do we have here exactly what I didn’t ask for glad I looked before taking a bite or otherwise I would be in the hospital right now… Are these the kind of people Checkers have working for them disregarding customers orders for whatever reason they see fit?!.

This location was awesome! The employees were so kind and amazing. We had to wait a little bit but we were walking and there was a long line of cars so I saw they were really busy. The food was awesome!! The only complaint I have is they don’t have a covered/dining area. So we kinda ate in the rain. Can’t help that tho. Still a great place and LOVED IT!!
Also! It was cheap. Ordered the $4 meal and it filled me up. Spent less than $10 for my wife and I and we were both full afterwards!

I placed my order at the walk up window and was told to pick my food up at the next window. The window was open with a bag of uncooked fries laying there. The guy before me asked could he take them home if they was trash, while rubbing on the fries.I asked was she going to throw the fries away and she replied that they be tripping about food cost.I took the food but couldn’t eat it. It’s sad the care they take for the food they serve. I have a couple of pictures but didn’t have the option to post.

How does it take y’all over an hour to make two chicken sandwiches and some fries? I had to cancel the order on Uber eats because literally nothing was being done. No one was making anything. My driver was just sitting there waiting. I see why you guys work fast food. You have no ambition no skill no nothing. What else should I expect from failures?? Don’t spend your money here with these people. Good for nothing.

This used to be a decent checkers, but its gone downhill in a major way. Between the lax staff who parked us, gave our order to the wrong person, and then when they finally gave us a new order they left out 2 items and I had to go back around again to get them. Took almost 1 hour and three tries to get $20 worth of food.

The workers rude and only care about the people in the drive thru. Nobody should have to wait 20 for someone to take their order. Then 30 mins just to receive their. Then when asked how long. They just closed the window.
