As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I pulled up to the drive thru window and the inside of the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. There were food scraps all over and the floor and giant mystery stains on the walls. The cashier was extremely rude for no reason at all. She was on her phone before I pulled up, slung my food at me after a brief *rude* conversation, and then went back onto her phone. I threw the food and drink in the trash because I was legitimately worried about a food-borne illness. My food was sloppily thrown together and unappetizing, anyway.

This location is an absolute wreck. They were out of so many items. Lettuce, mayo, soda, tartar sauce, etc. We pulled up to the window to receive our mobile order and there was a woman in the back just yelling for absolutely no reason. The building is run down, ceiling above the drive thru looks like it could fall at any moment. Fish sandwich was still partially frozen. Just a horrible experience.

CHAD at the Checkers on Dorchester is a legend.
It was snowing, freezing cold, and the drive-through lines weren’t visible. Chad noticed and went out of his way to help direct me so everything went smoothly—all while standing outside in just a hoodie.
Great energy, genuinely kind service, and burgers that are always . If everyone cared like Chad, the world would truly be a better place. ^__^

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a CHICKEN sandwich got home and I even opened the sandwich and picked the lettuce off with no red flags. I ate half of it before realizing it was completely RAW. I took it back and the sad excuse of an employee told me I didn’t get it from there. I had the receipt in hand with the paper still wrapped around the sandwich. She then shrugged at me and said I had to come back another day for Amanda the manager. Visited the restaurant a few weeks ago, I felt dirty after leaving the walk-up window. Sticky entry way, dirty counter and CASH only (I was told the credit card machine is broken). Was also informed that they were out of chicken (not sure how that happens). The staff was very short tempered, and distracted by personal matters talking with other employees, spurting out curse words all through out their conversation. Now the food, it was cold, very low quality, the meat was raw, the fries were cold and soggy, I didn’t even finish my meal. Corporate needs to bring some of their attention to this establishment!!!!

Waited for over 20 Minutes not get service, while being ignored by staff, another patron knocked on the window and they instantly gave attitude yelling that they were taking care of drive thru, the other patron asked to pick up his mobil order and the employee slammed the window in his face. I have never eaten at checkers, this was my first experience with the chain and I will not even be buying their frozen French Fries from now on.

Had not been to s Checkers in years, we were excited to see one here. The servers were rude, but it was late so I can understand. Had to go to the window and they only take online orders, ok, it’s 2025… I understand i guess. Looked in ghe window and the place was pretty filthy, fries all over the place, counters pretty gross. I thought, maybe they had a rush at 2am. But when i got to the hotel and ate 1/2 my meal and then find a long curly black hair in my food was the deal breaker. I do not have curly or black hair and that’s just nasty!

I Visit this Checkers today and i had 5 Cars in front of me. I waited patiently to place my order. When I got to the windows to pickup the food Actually 20 Minutes later. The young lady ask me to drive around and get back in the line on the other side of the Store. The lady’s up front are so very rude I must say. So after waiting 20 minutes I refuse to enter the line again because I am on my way to work. I ask for a refund. The young lady that refunded me was kind. But there was a little Rude Nasty one in the front. Never the less I left without food after the long wait. I made sure that I was polite the entire time. Because Remember it doesn’t matter how someone treats you. What matters most in the end is how you treat them. I pray that you will consider hiring some pleasant people in future. With Attitude like the one’s in the front. Who wants to eat from them? I am just saying (Facts). Customer’s be aware!
