Lemonade didn’t have any flavor and had to request for another drink, asked for honey mustard and was given bbq sauce and then told they were out of honey mustard after I asked. Started eating the chicken tenders and they were not cooked all the way. Waste of money and time. I could’ve gotten ill from consuming raw meat.

If they take the time and read their order.. they wouldn’t get them wrong. Haven’t eaten Checkers in years and this order just ruined my taste for this again. People you’d be better off going to Wendy’s or Burger King They read the first part but don’t read the full order. My chicken sandwich was not good at all. Don’t think I’ll be getting this again. They won’t even let me get my money back for a order they messed up that I’m not eating because I’m allergic to pork! NO BACON MEANS NO BACON PLEASE & NO THANK YOU

Waited over 30 minutes for my order in the drive through with only 4 to 5 cars in front of me. Then when I got to the window I had to wait even longer because somehow skipped my order and had to make it fresh. My fries came out burnt and they forgot to hand me my drink.

Was in a hurry and not very hungry so I just got the $5 mvp double cheeseburger combo. Some of the other burgers are fancy and look good but the basic double cheeseburger was large and definitely a better value than the other burger chains at that price. Fries were very good as was the apple pie. Only real complaint would be the drink is very small, but for the price of the combo it is hard to be to upset.

Terrible wait time cold fries and workers acting like you disturbed them when you go to order or pay. I waited forcefully “couldn’t move trapped” for 32 mins behind 2 cars and my fries still being trashcan juice, that just blew my mind they really need a entirely new crew or something, because aint no way its this hard to put these meals together in a decent amount of time and fresh food in them!!

Just Leaving There At around 1:30 I’m from D.C. I pull up to the drive thru no answer pull to the front it a girl in the back ignoring everyone no answer no communication nothing what so ever. I have never in my life been to checkers and experienced anything like this. How would she feel after a 8hour drive and she ignoring customers with no explanation what the system down anything but no she gets minimum wage and is above all else. Fire THIS YOUNG LADY WHOEVER ON SHIFT @ this location FEBRUARY 19th 2026 at 1:20 or 1:30 just disgusting behavior if you loosing money she the reason! Or whoever was in there!!!

The food was not what I expected today. I ordered 2 chicken nuggets and fries meals and 2 large drinks. The food tasted like it’s been sitting out in the open for a day. Everything tastes stale! I got about 7 pieces of the nuggets and they were maybe the size of a nickel. I have ordered this in the past and it was nothing like it was today! This place needs to do better!

I’ve been here 3 times now, they’ve always made my order correctly and well. Food came out fast, service was good and friendly. Fries were hitting and burger looked good, then tasted good. Took them less than 5 minutes to make my food. Guess I’ve just been getting luckier than the other reviewers.

This is the only time I have ever opened a burger wrapper and immediately said “nope”. I ordered 4 burgers, 2 all the way and 2 with pickles and ketchup only. All 4 were covered in so much mayo/keychup/mustard that it appeared it was applied with a mop. The fries were cold and hard. The AI ordering system is complete trash. If time consuming and headache inducing were the goal, they nailed it! The only positive thing I can say, is they didn’t argue when I asked for a refund. Thank god because 55 dollars for 4 soup sandwiches….

With the wait time being so long, I thought my food would have been perfect. I had a double fish sandwich with lettuce from last week, barely any tartar sauce Serve with warmed up fries from last night. My drink may have been delicious if it wasn’t watered down with melting ice for the long wait as we were pulled over and told our food will be ready shortly. The garlic honey wings were hitting and on point. It’s no way this food was fresh. But I’ll be back for more wings.
