As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Very sad sandwich The cheeseburger for whopping $10 i’ve asked for extra pickle got none. One small pinch of lettuce, very smash sandwich and overcooked fries taste like dirty oil. I’d rather have McDonald’s in this waste again! Even the lettuce is very wilted

Wouldnt recommend this place at all, the outside of it is honestly very run down the drive thru is so tight and i literally saw a homeless man sleeping on the side of the store… when i went there were only 2 people on night shift. Couldnt hear much on the speaker so i went directly to window and when i asked for my order the man stared at me like i had 5 heads?They took their sweet time to hand out the food and they forgot to hand out the drinks. Ive been to checkers before in new york and this place is terrible needs better workers + management. Very obvious workers dgaf about their job/customers.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The fry oil was old and bitter and all of our food tasted the same because of that. I went “large” on chicken tenders and they still somehow forgot the chicken tenders. The icecream machine is out of service always. This place absolutely sucks.

i am absolutely appalled by how my husband and i were treated, our food was overcooked and the chicken i got was so hard it was inedible!! we live 2 minutes away and my fries were super cold!!!! my husband went back mind you, we didnt eat anything!!! they said they couldnt give a refund because it was online!! they didnt offer to help or fix anything, they said they couldn’t do anything. im SO MAD.

Me and my bf got off work from our full time jobs and just ordered from here because we were tired and just wanted some good food before we went to bed. We just got our food and the bag wasn’t sealed nor were the drinks. Our drinks were wrong, we ordered a large sweet tea and root beer and got a root beer and sprite. The fries are lukewarm. And last but not least we ordered four spicy chicken sandwiches, two without lettuce. We got three spicy chicken sandwiches, all of them with lettuce, and a cheeseburger. We never ate checkers and thought it sounded good and we noticed their rating went up from a B to an A, but that might need to be re-evaluated seeing as they can’t get anything right. Management needs to be checking for accuracy on orders.

This place has gone down hard. Fix your store!!!!! Let be presentable. My dad use to bring us here and the food was fabulous. This time the chicken was still gooey. I question the lettuce and mayo mix, it looked old. My all time favorite are the seasoned fries. Nope,that is not what I received. The fries were over greasy and thats due to them taking old fries and putting them back in the grease as a refresher. Completely disgusting. I did throw my food in the trash. Unfortunately I will not return to this location. Side note: It is not wise to use the drink cup as a scoop and dip in in the ice machine, it’s called contamination.

Wasn’t the best quality of fast food as expected or thought it would. Somehow we got a meal added that we never order, which explains why it was much more pricier then expected. And it wasn’t too clean around the area. I mean debris happens and bird poop, but it could be kept up abit better along with landscaping. I can’t imagine the bathroom then.

They forgot the sauce for my chicken tenders, gave me soda water instead of sprite, and forgot my fries with my large 8 piece tender combo. Staff seemed like they didn’t care whether the order was right or not.

Burgers and fries were delicious. Service was good but hard to hear the cashier. Place looks run down but it’s been there for like 30 years.

Very disappointed, AGAIN! Last time I visited the fries were not edible due to excessive salt and tonight fries were super greasy. Please get some motivated staff in there. People visit for the fries.
