As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I don’t usually eat fast food. BUT checkers has apple pies that are very much like McDonald’s old school fried type. So I got the 2 for deal on 2 apple pies. I continue my drive and about 20 mins of being back on the highway I ate a pie. It had no filling in it at all. Nothing. Not a single chunk of Apple or anything, it was totally dry. So once home I bite into the other one which was pretty much the same way it had a little bit of Apple sauce that coated the inside just slightly, but it was completely hollow, and there were no apple chunks in it. (Photos are of second pie)
I know they were only like two dollars for two pies, but geez, give me a break here!!

Ordered 2 combos and mozzarella sticks. didn’t receive any fries with my order.. my 2 cokes were both sprites.. and everything was beyond cold and inedible. This location is nothing but inconsiderate people that don’t care about customers and sends literal trash out to you..

I ordered through the app, very fast service! I got some kind of deal for about $6, the deal came with a pie! Food was delicious, awesome fries (nice and hot!), great honeymustard and barbecue sauce!

I never thought I would put these two words together but this was good fast food. The burger was nicely done, no toppings so I could check the flavor. It had quite good flavor. The fries are also nicely done. Some seasoning but not over powering. Crisp and hot. I also got the Memphis wings to try. They had a nice bold taste, enjoyable. It was made even better by the young man, Edwin that waited on me. He was patient, friendly, and personable.

So I get that it’s late when I made the order in the drive through (around 945pm) but it shouldn’t take 15 minutes with no cars in front of me to make the order. Maybe low staff, I don’t know. I ordered about $20 worth of food. Not only that, I asked for the T Pain BBQ burger and heard someone from the speaker go “UGH”. Should have just driven away, because I got a checker burger instead of the BBQ burger like I requested. My receipt even stated BBQ, it’s clear they didn’t read it or didn’t care. With that being said, it will be a very long time until I give this pace a shot again.

Honestly, bad first experience at Checkers. It’s usually not my go to for fast food and thank goodness I started off small.The customer service is terrible and the food is even worse. The funnel cake fries were SOAKED in oil and there was basically no powdered sugar on them. They are inedible, can’t even eat them, really bad just like eating cooked oil and that’s it. And the “grilled” hot dog was pretty good but wasn’t grilled at all and the bun was soggy. I would like a refund honestly but don’t have time to go back today and get it. But never again will they receive my business.

Food here was pretty good, it was my first time having it. Portions were a little underwhelming at the price point. That being said, the burger was very good as were the french fries. Quality was a little better than competitor burger joints, and the location wasn’t too busy. Bun tasted like a potato roll. Would go again!

-Inside of restaurant was clean
-bathroom was clean
-fries had a good crisp, were seasoned well and tasted good.
-staff wasn’t friendly, woman who started transaction wasn’t friendly. A second woman who completed transaction did not even acknowledge me, didn’t say a word just indicated for me to stick my card in.
-burger was very sloppily made, so I don’t know if this is the norm. Ketchup and mayonnaise appeared slapped on, it was soggy and bun was partially broken.
