As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Worst Checkers ever. I waited 37 minutes literally and this is not what I asked for. I asked for hot dogs with chill, cheese, and onions. They did whatever they felt like. I didn’t want any to wait any longer so I took it as is. Was very disappointed.

Yeah this place needs to hire better staff that actually care about their job. Ordered a sandwich with no mayo, get a sandwich covered in mayo. When I returned and politely asked for another sandwich they legit took my sandwich, scraped the mayo off, then handed me a mess covered in cheese sauce with mayo still visible on the bun. Had multiple bad experiences here and it gets worse each time, save yourself the disappointment.

I would not say this is one of the better checkers locations around as the wait is typically longer, they sometimes miss orders, and the food is usually more greasy and not as fresh as most locations.However their food is still very underrated and good along with this their food is very reasonably priced.

I just arrived home to eat my apple pie and found a piece of hair in it. I was eating my pie and felt something stringy in my mouth. I pulled it out and it was straight hair. See below. The temperature of my fish and fries were great!

My wife wanted Checkers so I went. I received my food! Asked if there was ketchup in the bag and “Orlando” says it’s in the bag. I asked again if it was in the bags for sure. Orlando says “Everything you need is in the bags”. My fault for not checking because there wasn’t even 1 ketchup in there buuuuuut Orlando never handed back my credit card or a receipt. It slipped my mind because of the way he was rushing me off. I drove back to my hotel and then realized I didn’t have my credit card. LOCKED my credit card just to be safe and drove back to retrieve it. The very next day I’m out shipping for a suit and I’m getting alerts that a transaction didn’t go through because my card was locked. Not saying it was Orlando but someone associated with that Checkers location or the employees that work there must have taken a pic of my card numbers and tried to use my CC over 10 times over the next 3 days. Thankful I kept it locked and eventually received a new card. By the way the food sucked cause we didn’t have ketchup and was cold by then…

Used the walk up window, the guy who greeted us was extremely nice, he took our order. Suggested the watermelon kool aid slushies we all ordered one plus our meals. Our slushies came out first (we appreciated because it was hot), food came out shortly after. We sat at the provided concrete tables. The seats that were sitting in the sun were so hot they could burn you, but other then having to sit at 2 separate tables for shade we were comfortable, the area was clean but both bathrooms were out of order.

Charged me $1.15 for extra powdered sugar on the funnel cake fries, then wouldn’t refund me once I saw they did it. I only asked for extra because they always barely put any. So I paid $1.15 extra for some “extra” powdered sugar and when I checked my bag there’s barely any on them. Cant get a hold of anyone to solve the issue, I want a refund. Coke was flat. Mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them and were hard.
