There’s usually never anybody at this location. I always order ahead on the app and my food is ready by the time I get there. This time there was two cars ahead of me and it as if the employees brains stopped working because they actually had some business for a change. I counted at least four employees, yet somehow it took 10 to 15 minutes per car to fulfill an order. Not to mention this the second time the apple pie was missing from my order. Should probably alert people that a product is out of stock & maybe upgrade their fries or drink. Ridiculous.

I am VERY displeased with this location. I haven’t had Checkers in a very long time and as soon as I visit this location… DISGUSTED! I ordered a wing meal 5PC that was like $6.89 or so before taxes, after it was $11.76. Thinking maybe high bc I asked for a.loaded fry BUT $6 TO $12…anyway I drive up to the window, the Cashier was not friendly, didn’t greet only repeated price, gave me my change didn’t say how much, proceeded to speak with Co workers all hanging near cash register and then gives me my food, did not say have a good night or anything. I asked for receipt bc it was not placed on bag or my hand…or did that change?? When I asked he proceeded to close window and say she want a receipt. I get the fkn receipt and it just says what I ordered, no breakdown Or cashiers name.
Of course I got my food late at night and was already stressed and hungry so I just left but I’m extremely disappointed and upset that it went like this..
*Wings halfway done and lack of sauce
*No utensils or napkins
*NO Receipt
*No Manners
Only thing was decent was my damn drink and fries even though that was a lack of portion.
Used to work at checkers. They Def changed since my days there. SAD

I have been a fan of Checker’s since I was a teen, when mother used to bring it home from near her work. Even an hour old and cold from the trip home the food was amazing. Sadly, if you are looking for the real Checker’s experience, keep driving. Up the road at Golden Ring, you will get better food and far better service than at this location. I work right next door, and used to eat here often, but have had to boycott them for the abysmal service and food. Every time I go there, they mess up my order and give me horrible service. At one point I even had an employee argue with me then the $5 combo costs more than $5, before tax.
Today I was in the mood for wings, and decided to give them one more chance. I rolled up, ordered buffalo wings. The girl was polite and friendly, took my order, and promptly gave me my food. I was happy that they finally got some new people that knew how to do their job.
But i was Wrong.
Halfway home i started smelling something I hate, “Shake n Bake chicken. I hate Shake n Bake chicken, The smell alone turns my stomach. I pulled over, and sure enough the wings were covered in barbecue sauce. I immediately turned around and drove back. I tried explaining again what went wrong, but was misunderstood again as she read my order back as “You want to order honey barbecue wings?”. I drove to the window to be understood. I calmly explained the issue, and was told she would take care of it. I even happily pulled around so she could drop a fresh batch of wings.
It gets worse. i waited 5 minutes, got my wings, checked for the tell tale tingle of Frank’s Red Hot sauce, and sped on my way home, dreaming of spicy goodness. When i arrived home, I pulled out the box to reveal an abomination. They smelled wrong. They looked wrong. I tried one, and they tasted wrong. It appears as if they had thrown my barbecue covered wings back int he fryer, burning them to a charred black, then dumped hot sauce on them. It was disgusting. I eat hot sauce by the gallon. This is not hot sauce, and these are not buffalo hot wings and I am done giving this place chances to get its act together.
What’s worse, they kept my receipt with the first bag. I better not get any grief asking for a refund tomorrow. 0/10 will not eat again.

Great for fast food. Good burgers, and fantastic fries! Just wish I didn’t have to repeat my order three times every time I go and have to keep asking them what they said due to the employees poor knowledge of the English language…although they are very polite!

There is only like one or two guys. From what I seen. They do well taking and making the orders. Always fresh, worth the wait. Prices are high tho.

I love Checkers , BUT not this branch , this one has a very stingy owner that keeps only 1 or 2 staff even during the rush hour causing a lot of mistakes and late

This is like the third time I’ve had this happen to me! I drive up order a meal. The employee asks “what kind of soda do you want.” I say “Coke,” he says we don’t have any Coke today. I say
“FORGET IT,” AND DRIVE AWAY. I go to the Arby’s instead. They have Coke!

Went to the Eastpoint Mall location on Eastern Ave in Baltimore, Md. We wanted a banana milkshake, a vanilla milkshake,a Strawberry milkshake and a Nerds layered slushie. The employee made the Strawberry milkshake and the vanilla milkshake. He told us it would be a few more minutes for the rest but went to give the first 2 shakes that were made. I asked to keep them cold because they would melt while he made the other ones. I checked them out has they were placed in the window were the sun was beating and the vanilla shake was ok but the Strawberry shake was super thin like water. It wasn’t even in the window long enough to melt. So I told the employee it was too watery and to remake cause I wasn’t going to buy a watery shake. So he goes to make the other 2 shakes and I told him again that the shake was watery and I wanted a new one made because I wasn’t going to buy that one. Then he comes back to say they were out of the banana shake. So we canceled our order and got a refund. No sorry, no nothing! So we went to the Rossville Blvd location and they messed up how we wanted our shakes and the sizes of our double mushroom Swiss burgers. They were told that we wanted medium size banana milkshake, a vanilla milkshake and a chocolate milkshake. The employee asked if it was one medium shake with all the flavor mixed,we told that employee no that were separate milkshakes. She asked later again once she got our full order and again was told they were separate flavors and separate milkshakes. We left once we got our order. I never checked my order because we never ever had a issue at this location. Once we left I went to get a drink of my milkshake and it was mixed with the other flavors. I was truly disappointed and not to mention our food was sloppy and smashed.
