First off I would like to start off by saying the customer service was amazing the two young ladies that was inside working were very friendly. Now I gave it one star because I ordered the fully loaded fries Today around 4:36 PM today.
Now I started eating it but then I proceeded to say something very nasty odd and sour. Come to find out the bacon was expired. Then when I looked at it closely I seen that the bacon was a bit brown.

I was not happy this time , and this is my favorite checkers. I don’t know if it’s NEW MANAGEMENT or coworkers . Bit the fries I bought along with the brisket I ate in the car and they were not good at ALL. …TOO GREASY AND TASTE DIFFERENT NOT SEASONED. ALSO THE burger liss some briskets…so sad

This Checkers has so much potential — the location is great, lots of traffic and apartments nearby — but every visit I’ve had here shows the same problems. Staff don’t follow basic food safety (handling money and food without changing gloves, eating on the line, unsanitary prep areas), and customer service is unprofessional.
On my last visit, I was shorted a large fry. I had to go back to the window, and before I even said anything, the employee already knew — which tells me it wasn’t an accident. On top of that, receipts are rarely given unless you ask, which makes it even harder to hold the store accountable.
The market here is wonderful, but the staff need retraining on sanitation, service, and honesty. With the right leadership, this location could thrive, but as it stands now, it’s frustrating as a guest.

This location requires serious review and possible changes in management. My order was handled incorrectly, and instead of receiving an apology, the manager defended the employee responsible for the mistake. This demonstrates poor customer service and a lack of accountability.

Was out and about and decided to stop at Checker’s and try the 5 for $5, the meal was good and hot but the woman taking our order seemed like she had attitude or a bad, which we’re all entitled too but when you deal with the public,you need to check that attitude at the door! It doesn’t make people want to go back. I don’t understand how these owners allow them to perform in that manner, I’d send your behind right home, since clearly you don’t want to be there.

Food comes out nice, they take their time for a “fast food” restaurant, you literally can see them move slow. I don’t get bad service when I speak to someone tho so they counts for something.

I placed a online order .arrived and it wasn’t ready.I was told to pull over.I waited 10 mins after and it started to pour down raining.I went back through the drive thru just to be told I have to get out the car in the pouring rain to pick up my order.If I hadn’t gone back to the drive thru no one would have came out to say where I pick up my food because I was under the impression like any other time im told to pull up,they would come out but they didn’t. I didn’t have a good experience here AT ALL.On top of my food being wrong.
