As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ordered #3 baconzilla combo and the Spanish dude at the drive through tried to over charge me. He said 13.99 and I said hold up cause I could of sworn the price was 11.49 etc. He then goes back to his computer and start to hit buttons and it rang up as 11.99 and 75 cent tax and total being 12.74. I said give me my receipt too cause I have a feeling now that they are stealing people money. Cause there was another lady at the opposite window disputing about her receipt.
People please get your receipts and thoroughly check it. I will not return to this place again.

You guy’s are amazing the food was so perfect thank you for being here as well as kind to my family. Try garlic parm mozzarella sticks it’s good. It was hot fresh with little to no wait omg thanks. Outside seating only with parking lot. This spot is a 10/10 I recommend.

My family went to checkers on Pulaski Highway when we got home it looked like they dug our food out of the trash I called and spoke to Nichole she said bring the food back with receipts she also stated that she would be leaving but another MANAGER I believe by the name of Cozette or something was coming on and we were supposed to be reversed for our meal and compensated with a meal when we drove back Nichole was gone unfortunately the new manager was very nasty did not comply nor did she try to follow the information that Nichole gave us so I called back to the store before we got home to talk to the manager. She kept hanging the phone up on me.

There was no one else at the drive through, where we were greeted quickly and appropriately. Our meals were handed to us quickly, but the sourdough bread was definitely not toasted and was crumbly and tasted stail. I had been looking forward to tasting this sandwich for quite some time, and the closest Checkers (Edgewood) is more than 30 minutes from our home. The sandwiches we recieved were tasteless and disappointmenting. Fortunately, we also ordered fries and chocolate milkshakes. The fries were hot, crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside, and the chocolate milkshakes were amazing.

Nobody here understands proper english. Asked me if i wanted apple pies i said yes. I drive home and no apple pies and my burger is cold. I drive back and the guy takes my burger and then tells me to GET OUT of his drivethru?! I can’t believe this. Will NEVER return!

Haven’t been here in a while and I now remember why. Food wasn’t even warm. The food was very sloppy and way too many tomatoes. One or two is ok but 4 tomatoes is way too much. Lettuce was soggy.

This place can have some very yummy food if it’s cooked right! Sometimes chicken bites and fries can be amazing, then other times they can be over cooked. The service is usually very nice and attentive. Other times they can make you wait and make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. Food is good and I love the desserts.

I have to say the young lady at the drive thru I thought her name was Tara she was pleasant and a. Joy to be served by she was very friendly and kind and my food was served fast hot and very good thank you Tara it’s always nice to have a server be thorough and happy with a smile and she nailed it Good job young lady the 5 star is all you Tara! I really hope that’s her name it was at the top of my receipt!

Complete unacceptable. We waited in line for a half hour to make our order only to find out that it would be a 15 minute wait to get our first choice or settle for whatever was actually available. The drive thru cashier found this to be a comical event. Never again
