As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I don’t eat here much anymore just because I try not to eat fast food much but since I saw the advertisement for the bacon burgers 2 for $5 I wanted to try it I did a mobile order got my food didn’t fully look through the bag before I drove off so that’s a little bit of my fault I didn’t fully look until I got home I didn’t expect them to completely mess the order up the 2 bacon burgers, medium fries and 2 blue cheese dips now the fries and dip were right the problem was there was only 1 burger and the one that was in it had bacon lettuce tomatoes and mayonnaise but ummm no burger ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ I had to add this in an edit they weren’t busy at the time if they were I would somewhat understand a mess up like this but when I was there it was one person at the walk up window and it was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru and it was already at the window to get their order

I’m about 10 mins removed from my drive through order at Checkers and I’m highly disappointed. The famous Checkers fries help to formulate the whole experience. I ordered a medium Fry and chili cheese fries. They both for horrible stale, hard, and overly crunchy. It’s obvious that the fries were over cooked. I don’t understand for the life of me that if we all know that the fries are the corner stone how can we send these out to the public. I spent $30 absolutely disappointing and frustrating.
