As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I orderd 2 double mushroom and swiss burgers and a regular plain hamburger. The 2 mushroom swiss burger were $8.38. The hamburger, she charged me for a cheeseburger and argued with me and said it was plain. Why would a plain hamburger be more than two preimium burgers? I still have the burger to return, it wasn’t for me. But I won’t be going back, I really used to like this place, but not lately, its been hit or miss.

Absolutely skip this one especially if you are going up to the walk up window instead of using the drive through. The food I and my party got was not up to the typical Checkers quality. On top of this the service was horrendous. My order came out before the people who ordered before me which is weird. But the rest of my group? We waited and waited. I had finished my food and went back up, they said they forgot what the rest of my group ordered. Then, the additional order I put in came out before theirs which they had ordered at least 20 minutes ago. On top of that their order came out wrong and I had to go back up to the window to get it resolved. Have I had worse experiences? Yes. However this is the worst checkers experience I have had.

Where do I even begin, me and my friend were hungry looking for quick eats around the Greenbelt area. We saw a checkers location on Greenbelt road that was still open late and had a drive through which was packed mind you. So we decided to go check it out, come to find out we had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through just for big Buford to process our order. In the mean time some gentleman not so kindly asked us to move our car because he suddenly wanted to leave the drive through line which caused a bunch of confusion and traffic. Finally atter being overcharged for our original order we received the food and headed back home. Upon getting home and opening our food it did not have a pleasant appearance. The taste wasn’t much different either, my friend described it as “genuine roadkill cattle mystery feed” he then proceeded to go to the bathroom and drop a big Buford himself, overall horrible experience absolutely do not recommend literaly just starve if that’s ur alternative choice.

Very disappointed after not coming here for a few months and I get a burger that was not cooked all the way through. Had one bite and that’s when I saw how pink it was. I should have known by the temperature of the burger it wasn’t hot and freshly made. Only gave it two stars because the fries was ok. Paying over $10 for a meal to only eat the fries.

Absolutely disgusting food they sent via Door Dash. The chicken sandwich was burned, dry, and looked like it was sitting out for several days. Same with the fries. Never again, you all just lost a lifetime customer for the negligence. Hope you all get inspected and they close you all down.

Worst Experience ever. I always used to come here to get fries and the Sundae Fudge Cheese, but when I got to the window to pick up the food there was no Cheese on the Hot Fudge when I questioned that he said they were out of Cheese and I was like ” when r you going to tell me” he was like “I didn’t know”

Ordered & paid online. At drive-thru was told they did not have my order. Showed girl my phone with the confirmation. She re- submitted my order & said would be ready in 30 minutes. Upon returning was again told they did not have the order. Girl I originally dealt with would not speak to me. She just stood there talking with another employee. All 3 employees were rude. I obtained a refund online. I will never return to this Checkers again

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a food place. Three people there and only one person working. Person that took my order kept purposely messing my order up and it was weird. 100% don’t recommend this location. Terrible atmosphere….they need a brand new manger and team members
