As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Service is usually quick but the chicken bites box I got tonight was a joke. Like there was basically nothing inside. I could count the number of chicken bites (11) and fries (19). I always get the bites box and NEVER has it been this tiny

Great fast food place at a great location.
It is mostly geared towards drive-thru but they do have a walk-up window in the front and tables to the side.
When I walked up, they took my order really quickly and the food was done in about 5 minutes. The burger is a great size, and the cheese fries were great.
Overall it is great food at a great price.

Terrible go to landover store instead. Bladensburg store drive through dont work and they dont put a sign out to let you know. Then if you go to the window they just staring overhead looking at delivery orders while you stand in the cold. Seems like they dont want to take order from window or maybe i was black and not spanish. Then i order a fry lovers sandwich they put 3 fries on it. The words i felt like going back and saying arent polite enough to repeat.

I arrive at this the establishment at approximately 7;02pm. And when at i got to window to place my order, the young Hispanic little girl, was so rude, and when my granddaughter changed what she didn’t want on her sandwich because she has allergies. I told the little girl can she change her order to removed these items. It was RUDE!! so I drove off and asked for manager, and of course she’s Hispanic as well. And she giving me the stare down like , “I ask that she who help need to show great customer skills. And she she stare like i was was speaking another LANGUAGE.
I mean what is our DMV area showing. I was not one African American or Caucasian in there.

Not always the best customer service but the food is always hot an fresh when I order. They could gain more business if they had more cheap specials!
They need to spruce up the outside appearance to make it a little more inviting an less gloomy, as well power wash it as well because you can see the dirt buildup on the building an ground when you walk up.
All in all they still one of my favorite places for a quick hot good meal on the go!!

Food has good taste. But its really greasy. So greasy that sometimes you taste the grease than the food. We know it’s a fast food place but it shouldn’t be that greasy. Has only 3 tables outside. There is wait time. Its faster through drive tru than walk in. Staff sometimes are like they are tired. Not rude but apathetic.

Checkers has delicious fries and burgers when compared to other fast food spot. The other thing I like about em is they always have some type of specials that are easy on your pockets. I have a large family (6 of us total) and going out to eat is a minimum of $55 even at fast food spots but first time at Checkers and I only spent $45 and like 10 of us ate. Big Buford sandwich is delicious. One final thing that I like is the walk up window and outdoor seating us very convenient.

This Checkers is not same as it once was when it first open in this location. The employees act like they don’t wanna be there and making my food proves it. If the person taking the order can’t it right the first time and repeat it back to me correctly, then how can the cook making my food get the order right either. Throwing stuff together and not looking at the screen or ticket to make sure everything is right is not good service. Please retrain your employees.
