As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ms. Evelyn was really nice when she took my order. Told me it would be a short wait since she just took hot fries out of the fryer. Her customer service was honestly the best I’ve ever had at this location. Definitely hope to have her take my order again in the future!

During my recent visit, I observed a situation that could be improved. I noticed a girl occupied with her phone while two other individuals were engaged in activities related to preparing a DoorDash order. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not receive any acknowledgment from the staff until approximately 30 minutes had passed, and nearly an hour elapsed before our needs were addressed. As a result, we decided to seek our meal elsewhere. Yall I came here on my break 5 minutes away from my job site. I got a number 8 sandwich added mayo n tomato n this is what I was given …… I had to turn around n come back now im waiting parked …..I will say the person who helped me in drive thru was kind never rude n I know they don’t make the sandwiches so yanno but the kitchen knew better. The second pic is my new sandwich looks better I just didn’t expect the chicken to b so dark bc it’s not in the pictures lol

I just wanna share I came through the drive thru 15 mins ago & Canita & Khalil we very excited with taking my order & also repeated by my order to me , we order a big Buford combo , the food was excellent hot & juicy , it tasted so good very delicious. My fries were delicious & fresh Also they both were smiling & welcome me & my husband with a warm welcome & great custom service. I will be coming back

I had my food delivered and it was extra late, kept pushing back the time saying they were working to get my order to me. When it finally arrived it was ice cold. I contacted grub hub which I the merchant i used on the Checkers website but told to contact the merchant directly. I called several times but no answer. The last time I called they must’ve taken the phone off the hook. I will never order from Checkers again or through Grub Hub.. Ripped me out of $20…

At approximately 10:00 pm last night, a girl at the register took my order and then told me to pull over and someone will bring my order to me. She then walked off the job. I waited 10 minutes, then I went back to the pickup window. The other workers had knowledge of my order, so obviously my order was not made.

This checkers offers great customer service! Wally and Roberto were very kind and upbeat during my visit today. They’re a good face for this checkers. Even though food may take a while to be prepared, it’s due to everything being made fresh to order which I HIGHLY APPRECIATE! There’s nothing like getting fresh, warm, and tasty food. Definitely recommend their slushies and classic wing meal!
