As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The service was good. There is a drive thru and then a spot to order outside. They have tables outdoors as well. The food was just okay which is why I gave the three stars. Just not my preference.

I went there at two thirty so there was nobody else there.Service was fast and the employees were friendly. I got the triple bacon burger combo and the cheesecake bites. I love their fries and the cheesecake bites were very good.As far as the burger, it was extremely salty, I could not finish it, ended up giving half of the burger to my English Mastiff; she loved it.

I love the banana shake and double deeped fried fries , but is sucks that large cups are smaller now ( and still the same damn price ) , but i think it just depends who on drive thru – i be mad as hell , i do like the older lady her voice is so precious ( would u like to try the $1 apple pie )

This location sucks! I ordered the combo for $9.49 and I did not get what was on the picture at all. Let’s start from the beginning. Pulling up to the drive thru… the lady was rude and cut us off before we could finish ordering. They gave us 3 burgers that wasn’t what we ordered and forgot one of our burgers!! The burger was missing ingredients and everything! The customer service here is horrible! Before we were even done telling her the issue, she closed the windrow! So rude!

Really nasty attitude from the Hispanic lady. Everytime I place an order online they give my husband hell when picking up Even when he shows the proof of the order with my order number and gives my name! They don’t want to give him the food. Who the hell is going to have my order number and receipt if it’s not the person that’s picking up the damn order? They did not even give him the drink! The Parmesan frieswere super sloppy, had pieces of aluminum foil in them and they tasted like they put over a cup of salt on them. This is the 3rd time it happens. Will be doing a complaint to corporate.
