As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The wait was long in the drive thru! The price gave some sticker shock. I was excited to grab a burger that I craved during pregnancy. Once I received my food the fries were cool at the top and warmer at the bottom. The burger bun was my only issue. The burger was still tasty however a fresh bun would be best. I would go again. I may walk in however the parking seems tricky as the lot is shared.

Went to order my food and the guy on the intercom kept interrupting my order while playing and talking to someone in the background. When I finally completed my order I had to pull over and wait for it. 20 minutes later when I got my bought to the car it was missing items. When he went back to retrieve the apple pies they were broken as if they fell on the floor and was scooped up and given to me. I will not be returning . When they first open they were very professional. I don’t know what happened because it wasn’t busy at all and a lot of people were just standing around.

Just ordered on Uber Eats. 1 out of 2 baconzillas were missing. There was a whole clump of hair in my fries. I tried to give them a chance but never again. Still nasty.

I’m 99% sure they are running a scam system here. I went to order my regular order which is $14. The last time I returned I was told my total was $16 “is that okay?” Immediate red flag. I asked how is that possible when I’ve always paid $14, I was told they probably charged me for medium but they only do larges there. Hmmm weird. I get to the window then my total changes to $15, I asked for the receipt and they charged me .50 twice for extra cheese, which I did not ask for. I pointed that out and was told that’s how it rings up, which is a lie. I’m 99% percent sure they are charging people extra then pocketing the cash at the end of the night. Shameful and disgusting. Please be aware.

The burgers here are always amazing, it does get busy and crowded here at times because the food is so good, and they do have drive thru and the service is usually quite fast. I am very pleased to have this Checkers so close by, please keep up the great work.
