Store just opened so taking that into account, their app is not online yet though unlike locations in the warmer south this location has an inside with seating and tables. Staff were very polite and friendly, service was speedy at the counter. They have paper menus which is also a nice touch.
As for the food, the highlight is definitely the seasoned fries with the “Monsterella stix” also having a tasty seasoned coating. The chicken bites are crispy and tasty in a dipping sauce bbq being my favorite. The shakes are pretty good though all powder based so dont expect banana pieces in the banana shake. The Philly cheese steak bites are very tasty.
For the not so good, I tried the cheap menu “All American Cheeseburger” and it was not offensive but very bland. Burger itself had almost no flavor, the cheese was melted but even with the pickles ketchup and mustard the bland burger and the bun left it tasting like a cafeteria frozen burger.
I’ll definitely be back for the fries though as they are a star all themselves.

Be prepared to wait a little bit for your order, but there’s a reason why so many people are flocking here. Great prices, really good food, and kind and attentive staff. I couldn’t be happier that Checkers has made its way to Worcester — in a time where chicken places are of abundance, it’s refreshing to have a new fast food burger place open up. Go try that delicious secret sauce and the AMAZING fries for yourself, you won’t regret it.

The fries are amazing! Very peppery and doesn’t need ketchup at all. Had a chicken sandwich which was okay (not comparable to the chicken sandwich from across the street).

New restaurant, probably open for a few days. Great new edition to Worcester. I ate here twice trying different items each time and EVERYTHING was amazing!! What I love is that they seem to really have it all. They have great burgers. I had a Big Buford and it was juicy and flavorful and also a Finish Line burger and I love the Checkers secret sauce. They also have fantastic wings!! I like their garlic chicken sandwich and their fish was great too. I am going to try their hot dogs because I saw so many people eating them they looked so delicious but I was full. Last thing was that apple pie…this is the way an apple pie in a fast food restaurant should be. It just makes you feel…super comfort food. Love this place and can not wait to try other items!!!

Checked out this new place for burgers and fries in Worcester and I’m so glad I did! I’ll be back for sure loved loved the fries and burger was best in the town. Staff friendly and great prices too.

Food is good but not much else. Service is meh, food takes too long, and the store is super small and cramped and then you gotta stand shoulder to shoulder with 10 other people waiting for your food. I’ll try again in a few months but I waited a half hour for fast food and it was not a pleasant experience.

Love love love this new place. What a great addition to Worcester! They have it all like hot dogs burgers chicken and the best fries I’ve ever tasted. Will certainly return to this great place!

I ordered at the counter and my food was ready very fast, which I really appreciated. Everything tasted good.
However, the restaurant was extremely crowded and chaotic, and the location feels too small for the amount of customers they get. They might consider moving to a bigger space to improve the experience.

Packed but so good I will deffinetly be back. I got the finish lane burger ..my man for the baconzilla fries and burgers are really good . Food was made fast to.
