Social Profile:

Cheba Hut is a toasted sub concept that has been curing munchies since its start in 1998. Founder Scott Jennings decided to showcase the harmony between great tasting food and … well, a very specific counter-culture. The menu features over 30 signature sub sandwiches, as well as a variety of Rice Krispy treats, salads and munchies. Most locations also offer craft beer bars that feature local beers from neighborhood breweries. We strive to be your go to late night food stop. What really sets Cheba Hut apart, though, can only be experienced in our shops. We combine homegrown food with real people in a relaxed environment. Escape the established.

Laid-back sandwich-shop chain for creative toasted subs, plus snacks & desserts.

As soon as we walked in a young man let us know we could order at the counter or sit at the bar and get full service there. We chose the bar and ordered drinks immediately. Got some menus and asked what she recommended. She told me a few she liked and I picked the bacon lettuce tomato type one with out their special sauce but with the Italian type dressing. Got a side of chips and a beer. I got the 4 inch. (My husband said that was plenty, and, it was). I am not normally a sandwich person but it was actually really good. My husband got the 8 inch chicken bacon ranch one and tea. Total was about $45 with tip. I loved all the art work about the place. I def. Would go again.

I’m not big on sandwich shops because I prefer to make my own and most places just don’t come close to what I make myself for cheap. I got the KGB and it was surprisingly good. I especially like the fact they can serve it on garlic bread which is a go to at home. I will definitely be back to try the other amazing looking options on their menu. Plus. They have a bar

First time eating here. Subs were nicely toasted and the flavors were fantastic. Fair ratios and nice selection of subs. Indoor and outdoor seating. Decor was entertaining to look at. Atmosphere is very nice.

These subs are incredible – love the variety, and they are full of flavor! I’m not as into the eclectic vibe, but the food is amazing! Got the Kali Mist, 12 inch and shared it with my wife. They are 6, 8, or 12 inch subs. If you’re in Fayetteville, check it out!

So much fun. So much wall Decore. The counter worker Lilly was mega helpful and kind. The chefs did an amazing job. I got a marijuana meatball. (not really called that) and my girl got…. BBQ chicken sandwich, and we we both fell in love at first bite. Super recommend. It was a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else.

Toasted subs, no kidding… Perfectly toasted, very willing to customize if you don’t like or can’t have some of the ingredients. Staff is soooo friendly. Come for the food, enjoy the staff, sports and movies. Red Jamaican sub picture but in foil, oops.

The inside is cool and has unique designs. They also have a bar inside. They offer three different types of bread, and all of their sandwiches are pot-inspired. It’s a bit expensive, but worth it for the quality. The ingredients are fresh, and the atmosphere is great.

I knew this place was potentially cool just by the name…. I was blown away once I got inside. It’s a hip, fun, loving place that welcomes everyone and excludes no one. We were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff….very refreshing. We ordered the garlic bread for an appetizer… simply DELICIOUS. Also ordered a “Durban Poison” and “KGB”….
To say these were the BEST sandwiches I’ve had in a long time would be an understatement of epic proportions. Everything was spotless and a feast for the eyes…
A HUGE patio awaits you outside…lots of tables!
Plenty of parking
Don’t miss this new, soon to be hot spot.

Funky Fresh Finds at Cheba Hut in Fayetteville!

Stepped into a groovy vibe this weekend at @chebahut_fayetteville for a late lunch, and it was quite the experience! This isn’t your average sub shop; welcomed by a 70s psychedelic aesthetic, a full bar, and comfy stools, it’s a spot that truly invites you to settle in and savor the moment.

I sipped on a glass of Rosé while perusing their extensive menu. With over 30 subs and another 30 “Secret Menu” options, making a choice was deliciously difficult!

I opted for **The KGB**, loaded with roast beef, cheese, mushrooms, and a full garden of veggies. The whole wheat bread was a highlight – perfectly crunchy yet soft, with great flavor, and piled high with roast beef. While delicious, my particular sandwich was a tad on the dry side. Sly, on the other hand, went for the **Midwest Club** with all the fixings and loved it! Lily was an excellent bartender/hostess, she answered all my questions, made recommendations and was all around awesomeness.

With such a vast menu, a great selection of wine, local beer, and cocktails, and that undeniably funky interior, I’m definitely planning a return trip. Next time, I’m eager to explore more of their sandwiches and dive into their garlic bread, all while soaking in the chilled-out atmosphere. Cheba Hut Fayetteville? It’s a Shore Thing!
