The pizza was ok but not great. While we asked for our pizzas to be light on the sauce, the personal pizza still had a lot of sauce. We also got plain boneless wings (aka chicken nuggets) for our kids, and they did not complain. The restaurant is conveniently located if you are staying at Allegheny Springs, as you can come directly through the hotel basement. It’s expensive, but it is in a small ski village, so it’s somewhat understandable.

The pizza arrived warm rather than hot and honestly seemed like it had been reheated. The flavor was alright, crust had a slightly fermented smell, and the overall ingredient quality reminded me of a frozen microwave pizza.
On a positive note, the service itself was decent & , my family enjoyed it too. The food also came out in a reasonable amount of time.

This was buy far the most outrageous food purchase we have ever made. We dine out a lot. This pizza was okay. I would go as far to say mediocre at best. What made that even worse was when we got the bill. We asked the waitress if we could order a large pizza and do half and half. Pepperoni on one side and hand and pineapple on the other. The bill said pepperoni pizza $26.95 Then an additional $8 in price modifications. For the ham and the pineapple. We didnt have them in addition to the pepperoni it was simply half and half. $46 for a 16” pizza and two drinks!!! Won’t be going there the next time we visit!

Thick crust, lots of edge on a 12″ with less middle than some might prefer. I like a crunchy edge and a fair amount of it.

Went here for dinner on our 1st night in Snowshoe coz we didn’t have a lot of options. Food, service & ambience were so-so & pricey for the quality. Only good part was the beignets

Attempted to have dinner at Cheat Pizza. Hostess said we could not do take out and we had to wait for a table for at least 40 minutes. I clarified that our party would be back in 30 minutes and the hostess said that would be perfect. We returned in exactly 30 minutes to be informed ahead of time gave our table away 20 minutes prior and said we would need to wait another hour and since we missed our reservation would be unable to order carry out. To make matters worse she adopted a very demeaning attitude. Highly suggest an establishment that depends on customer service should rethink the caliber of hostess at the front desk. I requested to speak with a manager and she disappeared and did not come back. The replacement host informed me that he was told we could not order take out and we could not be seated for dinner. Highly recommend you walk across street to junction. Far better service experience.

The food is absolutely terrible. Extremely low quality for crazy high prices. Server and majority of staff also very unfriendly. Looks like a great spot to eat while biking but we heavily regret sitting down here and grabbing food.

The pizza tastes like the dough was not allowed to ferment at all. Worst tasting pizza and cheese I’ve had in a very long time. I was starving after skiing but could only eat one small slice. The servers are busy kids who screwed up every part of our order after a very long wait but I get it, busy, young, etc. I only wanted edible pizza and they fail to meet that so sadly 1 star. Come one ski resorts, we pay a ton to come here. At least give us edible food.

Be prepared to spend some change for mediocre food. We ordered a basic pepperoni pizza and 2 cokes. It’s a resort spot, so we expected high prices. But the pizza came with a soggy bottom and about 1 pepperoni per slice, plenty of cheese (which tasted sour) and tasteless sauce. We went to Tuques the next night and got a carnivore pizza, which was hands down, a winner over Cheats.

Pizza was fantastic – cheese texture perfect and fresh. Nice atmosphere , did not rush us and continuously checked on our table. Environment was quant as well .
