Che Bon is fantastic and I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone!
I went here for a celebratory dinner and had the steak tartare, shared the seafood platter with my mum, and finished with the lightest and most delicate Creme brûlée I’ve ever had. I’d definitely recommend getting more of the wasabi sauce because it’s delicious and pairs so well with the tartare.
The seafood platter was fresh and delicious. The bugs were the highlight. We also paired our meal with delicious wines and I had my desert with a negroni. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is fantastic. I’ll definitely be back soon as I can’t stop thinking about the tartare.

The food was absolutely beautiful. We loved the seafood platter, the snails, and the grass-fed boeuf. The boys really enjoyed the kids’ set menu as well. The service staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. ⭐️

The duck liver pate was light and fluffy, excellent surloin steak with seasonal veg and the burramundi fish was perfectly cooked

Started with their Warm Goat Cheese Salad which was perfectly balanced – the creamy, tangy goat cheese paired beautifully with fresh greens and their house-made dressing.
The highlight of our evening was definitely the Cote de Boeuf featuring Troy’s Farm’s Tomahawk – grass fed and hormone free beef that was absolutely spectacular. The French wine pairing our server recommended was spot-on and elevated the entire dish.
The service was truly exceptional – the French staff bring such authenticity and passion to the dining experience. Their knowledge of both the menu and wine selections was impressive, and their genuine enthusiasm for French cuisine really enhanced our evening.
