We went to this location for lunch. Natalia was our waitress and she was very attentive and helpful. Constantly checking in with us to see if we needed anything. We had original margaritas. One cousin had a quesadilla with street corn snd guacamole. Another had the guacamole and chips along with chicken tacos. I had the quesabirria with rice and beans and street corn. All the food was delicious and very authentic. The drink were ok, not as strong, but ok. The music was a whole vibe. Everything was great. We will visit again.

I came in tonight for a solo dinner before catching the Mat Franco show across the way. I was greeted and seated promptly, and a server came right over to offer me a drink. I got a house margarita blanco and it was very good. I also started with the guacamole appetizer which was tasty and fresh, but was steep at $17. Then again, it is Vegas on The Strip. I ordered the crab and shrimp enchiladas as my main and it was okay. The enchilada filling was actually outstanding, but the corn tortilla was stale, bland, and generally underwhelming. I ended up eating the filling and leaving the tortillas. The beans and rice were nothing to write home about but good. For $30 I would hope the tortillas could be fresh and perhaps made in house. Overall, it was an adequate casual meal, great service and atmosphere (quite loud but I was alone so it didn’t bother much as I wasn’t trying to hold a conversation). I would return to give something else a try, and because the margarita was good, but I probably wouldn’t get the enchiladas again.

Chayo delivered an exceptional dining experience with amazing food, outstanding service and inviting atmosphere. The menu offers authentic and flavorful dishes with fresh ingredients and well-balanced spices that leaving you wanting more. Our waiter Pablo was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu making recommendations for us to try! The drink selection is impressive, offering over 100 varieties of Tequila and Mezcal. This restaurant hit it all, the ambiance was inviting for any day/night making it such an ideal spot for either casual dinning or a special event. Overall, this restaurant excelled in all areas and would certainly return again!

We stopped here for breakfast after we landed in Las Vegas. Never eaten here before. We ordered the steak and eggs. Comes with steak, 3 eggs, potatoes, and toast. The plate was nicely presented and the food was good. My husband got a margarita and he says it’s the best one he’s ever had! The Chips and salsa were very good as well. We sat outside and had fun people watching CC was our server and she was amazing!

We got married in Vegas last November, and there are not enough praises that I can give Chayo for how they handled our reception. With no wedding planner I was in constant communication with Kayla Lusk prior to the event, and her along with the manager (I wish so badly I remembered his name, he was a super star) went above and beyond to make sure our reception went smoothly. It can be scary to trust people when you’re planning from across the country and can’t taste/see anything beforehand, but Chayo was 10’s across the board. The atmosphere inside their upstairs room was perfect, and the beautiful deck overlooking the LINQ promenade was everything we hoped for. The drinks were amazing, and they even worked with us to do custom signature mocktails so our sober guests could enjoy the open bar just as much as those who indulged in their stellar margaritas.
When it comes to food- wow. We had so many changes to food prior to the event as our guest count fluctuated and we would add more appetizers to reach the food and beverage minimum, and every single item was amazing. The taquitos were to die for, and the manager overseeing our reception went out of his way to set appetizer plates aside for my husband and I at the sweetheart table so that we didn’t miss out while we chatted with guests. The meal service went off without a hitch and I had maybe the best shrimp tacos of my life, and the guests still rave about the food a year later.
My only complaint is that we wish we had even more time in the venue because everything was going so well I never wanted to leave! There was not one time during planning or during the event that I wasn’t totally stress free thanks to this amazing staff. Kayla, who helped me plan the event, the manager who ran it so flawlessly, and the bartenders and servers who kept our guests happy and full the whole time are best in class. I am so grateful and will rave about Chayo forever!
Also, outside of our reception, our guests staying at The LINQ and Flamingo raved about the brunch and mimosas in the restaurant downstairs. So whether you’re just going out to eat, or you want to give your guests a great experience after your wedding, Chayo is the place, hands down.

Great food, friendly service, cute birds eating off the floor. I had the mango shrimp ceviche and sweet corn enchiladas. Delicious! The complimentary salsa verde was terrific

12/25 – Don’t sit inside by the door! 3:00 in the afternoon on a Thursday and service was slow. Sat inside because it was cool outside but the door closer didn’t work so it was left open more than closed . We shared door closing duty with the table next to us. The Shrimp burrito & guacamole we had were very good, just overshadowed by the number of times we had to get the door. Hate to give a bad review on a physical problem but it did impact the enjoyment of our meal.

Outstanding breakfast on the Link Promenade. I had the $19.99 Steak and Eggs and my wife had Avocado Toast with Eggs on top, and a side of Bacon. 8 oz Steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. We will likely be back to try dinner menu.

Chayo Mexican: The food here is solid. The restaurant has a fun, lively vibe. It has a good selection of tequila and mezcal. We ended up here before checking in to the Linq and walked away content with our experience. Two friends ordered salads, and both looked hearty and yummy. I ordered a bowl. It was a large amount of food and tasted fresh. Overall, the service was efficient. (Which at the moment was exactly what we were looking for.) 10/10 would recommend for a good quality experience if staying at The Linq or nearby.

Ordered to go, bartender was great, even took the time to unbag my order and check it, however he didn’t notice that my entree that I ordered without cheese came with a ton of it. Food was just ok and certainly not worth the amount I paid for vs what I got. The choya bowl is extremely overpriced for what you get. Also their menu says the fired chicken wings are vegetarian friendly, when I asked about it I got an odd look, and when I showed him the menu he just shrugged his shoulders. Won’t repeat
