Dropped by for a late night meal an hour before closing. Greeted with smiling, friendly service. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. May become our go-to spot after a night out. Would recommend and come back again and again.

Fast and Tasty!
It’s like a Q’doba or Moes. I had the taco salad with chicken and my better half had the huge burrito with chicken. Staff was friendly. Wasn’t busy for a Thursday, thought it would be busier since the Aaron Lewis concert was tonight at Emmens. Plenty of toppings to choose from.
Drink machine was out of root beer so I ended up with a Coke. Place was clean and simple. Menu is simples. Also had the chips and queso. I like my chips with a little more salt. Overall ok. Would eat there again if we were on BSU campus.

I got a shredded pork chimichanga with rice and beans. White sauce and some corn relish and pico de gallo. It was all very very good. My husband got pork tacos on corn tortillas with rice and beans, and he enjoyed his food as well. Friendly staff – very fast service. Would like to see more Latin themed decorations in there. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We ordered some carryout entrees for dinner and so glad we did! Our order was ready quickly, and completed exactly correct. The food was all excellent. So flavorful, and generous portions too! The salad with chicken was a particular favorite and not like any salad we have ever had at a Mexican restaurant before, and in a great way!! The staff was friendly, kind and helpful.

First time I went to chavas was on hoco 2017. I had the bowl and became obsessed so now every time I come back to muncie I HAVE to stop at chavas. There is a variety of meats and they give big portions for the same price as chipotle and qdoba! 10/10 recommend this place over chipotle or qdoba. Please expand towards indianapolis!
