Once we visited the leasing office and received paperwork confirming our newly attained membership, we proceeded to checking out the coffee shop. The food menu offers key Venezuelan items: empanadas, tequeños and pastries/sandwiches. There was an extensive coffee menu and holiday specialty coffee list, too. The facilities were beautifully maintained, modern and very clean. There is plenty of indoor seating offered as well as free Wi-Fi.
Once outside, we immediately were surrounded by a vast green space, offering lounge chairs, picnic tables, and an open space to enjoy. The sound of the Chattahoochee River was a plus!
We will definitely visit the coffee shop again to try more food items as well as to enjoy the space and to unwind in an oasis which seems incomprehensible to be situated in the middle of a busy city. Definitely a must see!
The apartment complex is capitalizing over the success of a small business and charges a membership fee (which turns into a gift card to use at the coffee shop) and then also paying you to park. Big effort for the reward in my opinion.
Id recommend another location as the coffee was good. And there is plenty of other places near by to view and relaxed by the river.
However, they are now MEMBERS ONLY!
Membership is $15/month and there is a $5 fee to park. In addition to access, members a $15 credit each month to use in the shop. Definitely worth it, just making sure everyone is aware before pulling up to the apartment gates.
Beth with Walton Properties (who also works with us) hosted us with excellence as we worked on planning details of one of our ministries.
The sites, service and seating make this, literally the best coffee shop environment in the city. They have changed their policies and you now need a parking pass in order to visit. I’m told they also have the option of paying a monthly fee to essentially become a member yet you still have to pay parking.
Overall, just an absolutely epic environment, and well worth a visit
Only con/difficulty for first time visitors – you do need to obtain their monthly $15 membership, which you can use 5 days after you have gotten it approved at the location (so you’ll need to come back a second time). Also, parking is $5. So your paying minimum $20. Just something to keep in mind
Absolutely love this spot! The coffee is rich and smooth ☕, the pastries are fresh and delicious , and the view of the river is just stunning . It’s the perfect place to relax, sip, and enjoy nature while treating yourself to something sweet. A little slice of calm by the water ✨
If you know someone living there maybe could be worth it
