Love the Chattahoochee coffee company. This weekend I had an iced Samoa latte with oat milk, which was absolutely delicious. And an iced blueberry lavender matcha that was AMAZING. I also tried a blueberry lavender latte, and it was great, but the matcha was better. Super sweet employees and a great atmosphere overall. Plus, you can’t beat the view of the river.

After having read stellar reviews about this place, my husband and I ventured into the city to try it out. Unbeknownst to us, access to the location is exclusive only to members. At the gate, we were told how to become members (it’s a $15 per month charge for access and parking to the coffee shop and premises).

Once we visited the leasing office and received paperwork confirming our newly attained membership, we proceeded to checking out the coffee shop. The food menu offers key Venezuelan items: empanadas, tequeños and pastries/sandwiches. There was an extensive coffee menu and holiday specialty coffee list, too. The facilities were beautifully maintained, modern and very clean. There is plenty of indoor seating offered as well as free Wi-Fi.

Once outside, we immediately were surrounded by a vast green space, offering lounge chairs, picnic tables, and an open space to enjoy. The sound of the Chattahoochee River was a plus!

We will definitely visit the coffee shop again to try more food items as well as to enjoy the space and to unwind in an oasis which seems incomprehensible to be situated in the middle of a busy city. Definitely a must see!

Honestly, this is one of my favorite hangouts. It’s very excluded and tucked off. You don’t know it’s there unless you know! The only reason I did not give this five stars is because now they charge a membership fee to go to the café. Which if you go regularly might not be a bad idea. Outside of that I love this space and if you can find it, I hope you have a great time!

Coffee and food are delicious the views are amazing. However the service was friendly but SLOW. I waited an hour for my food, I inquired about it after about 30 minutes they verified I had ordered food and then ignored me until it was ready another 30 minutes later.
The apartment complex is capitalizing over the success of a small business and charges a membership fee (which turns into a gift card to use at the coffee shop) and then also paying you to park. Big effort for the reward in my opinion.
Id recommend another location as the coffee was good. And there is plenty of other places near by to view and relaxed by the river.

Nestled at the back of the gated Walton apartment community, the coffee shop has beautiful scenery of the Chattahoochee River, just steps from the shop.

However, they are now MEMBERS ONLY!

Membership is $15/month and there is a $5 fee to park. In addition to access, members a $15 credit each month to use in the shop. Definitely worth it, just making sure everyone is aware before pulling up to the apartment gates.

This Walton property has given emphasis and space for some of the best coffee ☕️ in Atlanta to set the tone and backdrop for an incredible experience offering a place to plan, think, read, do a devotional, etc. lots of history of people and place here at this amazing complex on the Chattahoochee River.

Beth with Walton Properties (who also works with us) hosted us with excellence as we worked on planning details of one of our ministries.

The sites, service and seating make this, literally the best coffee shop environment in the city. They have changed their policies and you now need a parking pass in order to visit. I’m told they also have the option of paying a monthly fee to essentially become a member yet you still have to pay parking.

Overall, just an absolutely epic environment, and well worth a visit

Beautiful location! Theres plenty of seating inside and outside! Worth visiting.
Only con/difficulty for first time visitors – you do need to obtain their monthly $15 membership, which you can use 5 days after you have gotten it approved at the location (so you’ll need to come back a second time). Also, parking is $5. So your paying minimum $20. Just something to keep in mind

Genuinely such a highlight of my birthday trip! I found this place online, and after seeing how close it was to Cochran Trail and how gorgeous the view was, I knew it had to make the list for the itinerary. The view would have been enough to make it a great visit, but the food, drink, and service made it a phenomenal one. As a lover of coffee shops but coffee not so much, I was ready to order a regular Chai Latte, but I noticed their seasonal menu had listed a French Toast Latte that sounded amazing. I asked the barista if his thoughts on making me the same thing but with a Chai base, and he was happy to explain the flavors combinations and make it for me. Single handedly the best Chai I’ve ever had. Period. The Raspberry and Cream Cheese danish? A must-try. If visiting Atlanta, it’s totally worth it!
