Absolutely amazing experience. The food was sooo good. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful . The gobi paratha was loaded with flavor. The chicken momos were juicy and well seasoned, and the sauces paired perfectly. Even the chai was spot on.
And their service was above and beyond. Super friendly, quick, and welcoming. You can tell they really care about quality and customer experience. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend!

I do not eat chole bhature in the USA because from East coast to West Coast, I never found any restaurant that knows how to make them.
Chatpata started making them with the promise that they will taste authentic.
I was not disappointed, their chhole are authentic Delhi style giving the flavor to the bhatura.
Must try.

This is a small place primarily meant for takeout. We stopped by because we were craving momos and decided to order a few other items as well, including gobi paratha and a Mumbai grill sandwich.
The food was okay — decent, but nothing particularly memorable. I’ve had better momos, sandwiches, and parathas in the area, so this place didn’t really stand out for me. It’s fine if you’re nearby and want something quick, but not a spot I’d go out of my way to visit.

I recently tried the fried chicken burger at Chatpata by Kanishka, and I was genuinely impressed. The burger was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The chicken was flavorful and well-seasoned, with just the right amount of spice. The fresh veggies and soft bun made the whole burger taste even better. We had chole bhature, sev puri and paneer momos. Overall, Chatpata by Kanishk really hit the spot with its vibrant flavors and warm hospitality. The sev puri was a standout, and the chole bhature, with that fluffy paneer stuffing, was just perfect. We loved the unique pickles they import from panipat and the fact that they let you tweak the spice levels. While the paneer momos were a bit mild for our taste, they still paired nicely with the dip. Plus, the owner’s friendliness made the whole experience even better. Definitely a must-try spot!

We were disappointed with our recent visit. We went last Friday and ordered kathi rolls, but they were much smaller than before and wouldn’t satisfy even a child’s appetite. At $13.99 each, the portions and stuffing didn’t feel worth the price. A few months ago, the kathi rolls were generous, filling, and clearly justified the cost, which unfortunately wasn’t the case this time.
