✨ A Night Worth Keeping ✨

I almost canceled this reservation after reading reviews saying the staff wasn’t kid-friendly and that families felt unwelcome but our experience was the complete opposite. We brought one teenager and one child, and our server Joseph was incredibly attentive. The service overall was some of the best we’ve had in Miami warm, interactive, and genuinely welcoming. Whatever those reviews were talking about, it definitely wasn’t our night. ✨

Sharing plates, filling tortillas, passing bites the whole thing felt like dinner and an experience wrapped together.

Château ZZ:
• Prickly Pear Margarita – Bright and refreshing.
• Smoked Margarita – Bold, smoky, delicious.
• Lemonade – Tart and perfect for the kids.
• Guacamole – Fresh, creamy, herb-loaded.
• Calamari – Light, crispy, addictive. ✨
• Mexican Caesar – Crisp, tangy, and way better than expected.
• Sweet Corn Elote – Charred, creamy, packed with flavor.
• Lobster Garza – Tender, rich, beautifully plated.
• Chicken Verde – Flavorful, juicy, tortilla-ready.
• Snapper – Fresh, flaky, bright.
• Roasted Poblanos – Smoky, soft, and delicious. ️
• Churros – Total show-stopper. ⭐
• Frozen Hot Chocolate – 10/10. I added it to my cappuccino. ❄️
• Cappuccino – Cozy, creamy, and perfect with the chocolate. ☕

Warm night, glowing room, perfect service, happy kids, and desserts that don’t just hit they perform. This place absolutely deserves a spotlight. ✨

Beautiful restaurant! Food is delicious. Service is where it fell apart. It started off well but got worse as the dinner went on. Everyone was very nice but the lack of attention was not good. We had to ask to have glasses removed, empty food dishes and plates sat way too long.

Went for a girls night. The place was beautiful and the food and drinks were amazing. One thing was unfortunately our bad server experience. We felt a bit harassed and judged for ordering drinks and appetizers. He seemed to be forcing us to order more or to leave. At one point it even seemed he was talking about us to another waiter and other hostess Definitely ruined the vibe of the night would recommended the restaurant but not server Aakarshan S.

I recently visited Chateau ZZ’s in Brickell and it felt like dining in a glamorous mansion rather than a typical restaurant. The building itself looks like a small European castle, and the interior is beautifully designed with lush greenery, elegant lighting, and a stylish, upscale atmosphere.

The food offers a refined take on Mexican cuisine. The dishes are creative and beautifully presented, from fresh seafood and tostadas to flavorful grilled mains. Everything tasted bold and well-balanced, and you can tell a lot of attention goes into the ingredients and presentation.

Another highlight is the drink selection. The bar features an incredible collection of more than 1,000 tequilas and mezcals, making it a great place for cocktails or tequila lovers.

Overall, Chateau ZZ’s feels luxurious, vibrant, and unique. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but the atmosphere, food, and overall experience make it a memorable spot for a special dinner in Miami.

the first and only Chateau in Miami.

Franch vibe with Mexican cousin but most important with an Italian fine dining service.

From the welcome received from the hostess to the end was an incredible experience mixed between kindness and hight level of costumer service.

Great job Major group!

Honestly the most spectacular meal every single time. I brought four friends who had never been and all four said it was in their top 5 meals they ever had. The food is off the charts delicious. The space and ambience are just so unique and special. The service is outstanding. If I could rate Chateau ZZ’s a 10 I would! But can only rate 5 out of 5. Can’t wait to come back!

I visited Chateau ZZ’s with my wife for a Friday night date after seeing it online and being intrigued by its aesthetics and buzz. On arrival, we had a disappointing first impression the valet experience was confusing and unnecessarily unpleasant. I tried to pull into the driveway, which would’ve been a straightforward route to park, but was rudely told to circle around and re-enter from another direction. Given that it’s their own garage, the setup made little sense, and there was no signage to guide guests properly. A bit of courtesy would’ve gone a long way.

Inside, the ambiance is impressive no doubt, the place is visually stunning. We were seated promptly but unfortunately placed at a table facing the entrance, which felt more like a waiting area than part of the dining experience. People were walking by constantly, making it hard to relax and take in the full environment.

Service was solid and the cocktails were surprisingly well-made strong, balanced, and worth the price tag. However, the food fell short. We tried the caviar, which lacked freshness and presentation for the $150 price point. We also ordered the New York steak, which the server suggested was enough to share, but in reality, it was more suitable for one person.

For a Mexican concept, especially in a city like Miami with top-tier options, this place didn’t deliver anything that stood out from a culinary standpoint. Yes, it’s beautiful. Yes, the plating is elevated. But it felt more like a place people come to be seen rather than for memorable food. Our bill came to nearly $800 for two and while we don’t mind spending on a premium experience, we expected more in return.

All in all, Chateau ZZ’s is a nice spot if you’re going for ambiance or a scene, but there are far better dining experiences in Miami particularly if you’re seeking exceptional Mexican cuisine.

Had my birthday dinner here with family, and felt I had to leave a review since I was nervous reading a lot of negative reviews (mostly about ridiculous things). But wanted to share my honest feedback from some pretty tough critics. First, the place is an all around vibe, beautiful setting, loved the bar to have drinks before being seated, the outdoor garden area was magical and the main dining room in the sun room was just unbelievable and eveything I wanted for my bday dinner. Every item we order from food to cocktails ranged from very good to amazing. We didn’t have anything we wouldn’t come back for, that’s how much we loved it. Services was excellent, a few instances where we had to wait for a waiter or runner to help us but there was always someone within distance available. Some highlights were the ribeye, wagyu tostada, lobster tostada, the whole branzino, chicken verde, and the snapper ceviche. Eveything was Cooked perfectly and seasoned well. For dessert we got a few items which were good but definitely go for the horchata ice cream…! It was great. The music isn’t loud as some people say, and it’s good music. Definitely high price point but it was worth it due to the value I saw in having a great dinner and experience with my family. We will be back!

No regrets at all

The experience absolutely lives up to the hype and it came through big time exceeding our expectations. The restaurant is a vibe both inside and out. The tequila selection is the most extensive. The food was great — one of the best meals we’ve had. We ordered pretty much everything. The caviar tostadas are my favorite guilty pleasure. The Wagyu melts in your mouth, the Lobster is out of this world. The mini choco-tacos and churros bring you back to childhood. Looking forward to our next visit!!
