Perfect hometown breakfast spot. The ladies working are kind and attentive. The FOOD… Amazing. And affordable too! I have not had anything other than the breakfast, but others did and it looked great. Not a fancy place, but a good place. They only do breakfast and lunch so they close at 2. Definitely recommend.

We stopped in Kings Mountain, returning from Lenoir to Columbia, SC. A quick Google Maps check led me to this restaurant (I prefer “locals” places). We enjoyed lunch here – cheeseburger and fries for my wife and fried chicken strips, okra and a salad for me. The food, service and pricing were excellent. I noticed too that the owner is celebrating her 20 year operating anniversary this year. I highly recommend Chat-n-Nibble.

Quickly received our meals. Everything was good and tasty , we had a chat , we had our nibble. Good Lord Almighty sweet tender vittles. But yeh def give em a try for an old school mom and pop restaurant feel and the atmosphere you miss from 30 years ago. Food actually worth it’s asking price and peace of mind knowing youre supporting a real family that actually does their jobs well.

For $18 I got two country ham and eggs with a coffee and a tea, which is really expensive. When me and my coworker got to the job we realized there wasn’t enough country ham on two sandwiches to equal one. I feel like I was robbed and will never go back again
