My Mom’s, Fiancée and I went to Chason to put together a meal serving 50 – 70 people. We spoke with Cheryl at Chason and she made suggestions that was within our budget and be tasty for the guest, covering from children to seniors. Cheryl and her team did a MARVELOUS Job. Everyone enjoyed the choices made. I was hooked on the Smothered Chicken, juicy and tender, their Macaroni And Cheese, as Well as, Fried Chicken, Chopped Barbecue, Collar Greens, Yams and of course Their Hush Puppies, which was Delicious. We received a lot of food, more then we could of imagined. Cheryl, Good Bless You. For any upcoming events coming, Chason is our First and Only Choice.

First I don’t give bad reviews just honest experiences. The service was very good , ample parking (old k&w restaurant ) I tried several dishes, liver w/gravy and onions,stuffing,peach cobbler, dirty rice, greens, pasta salad, yams, chicken gizzards &chicken livers. Maybe it was an off day, I didn’t enjoy my food selections. Some were over cooked and little to no flavor. Fried foods were over cooked, liver appeared to have discoloration, I didn’t eat it. Yams and cobbler were decent . The restaurant was clean and welcoming atmosphere, but as many comments suggest I think foot traffic to buffet could have been better for to go plates. They did run out of utensils as well while we were there. These are minor hiccups that can be corrected. The pricing was reasonable. Best wishes in your new location.

When you find a great buffet you gotta eat til it hurts, and this place will 100% help you accomplish that goal. The food was good from the chicken to the ribs to the cakes and pies. And the collard greens taste just like grandma’s. 15/10 would go. Back any day.

Every time I’m around Chason’s buffet my wife and I stop in to get something to eat. The selections are plentiful and affordable. This is one of my favorite buffet restaurant to eat at. They also have a carryout (to go).

I had a wonderful dining experience at Chason’s! The buffet was absolutely the best in Fayetteville for good country food , they had everything fr BBQ, friend chicken, fried flounder , all kind of vegetables , delicious deserts , and the sweet tea was on point !!! ! The cleanliness was on excellent . The service was superb! If I could give 5000000000000 stars I surely would !

We were hesitant to go to the new location. I honestly didn’t even want to give them a chance. The hope mills location was my favorite restaurant for over 20 years, But im very glad i did its very nice and the food is just as good as its always been at Grandsons and its all the same people working there. It doesn’t feel quite as down home as the hope mills location but its very nice inside and not as loud and hot as the old location. I would prefer the old location but this is still the same country cooking and friendly people, we will definitely be going back. Some of the food is pretty far back and you have to reach really hard to get to it. And they have a full time security guard sitting at the front because of the location.

The food is great! The baked chicken , chicken pot pie, cabbage , and pound cake are a few of my favorites.

As you can see that is one piece of chicken and 12345 hush puppies hang onto your wallet guys cause that right there will cost you $10.64 as for you chasons enjoy that money because that will be the last bit you will ever hopefully ever get for me again This should be illegal to treat customers this way and charge this amount for that should be illegal, oh did I mention this was to go so I didn’t get to go back this was a one time deal

Chasons what wrong with you. Years ago in the first building and when Grandsons was open . Yall were always on point. Today came to try you guys out, all excited that the name was still known in good hope the quality and quantity was to still the same or maybe even greater. Highly disappointing with it all. Who in the right mind would eat pork rib flavor chewing gum? Who would eat scorched gravy?? Why you serve turnip green with only turnip greens? Rolls that can be used as hockey pucks. Uncandied yams. Are K & W employees working for yall now. Absolutely disgusting. Won’t be long for yall to move out like K&w or closed down for good. Bring back cook yall use to have maybe they can keep you a float. But at this time soon and very soon yall will not stay in business long
