Update: I’m updating my review because the restaurant handled my concern extremely professionally. They acknowledged the issue immediately, took responsibility, and updated their packaging procedures to ensure all items, including desserts, are fully sealed and tamper-evident for delivery.
I really appreciate businesses that listen and take action. The food has always been excellent, and it’s clear they care about customer feedback.

Original Concern: I order food from you at least once a week and also frequently dine in. I absolutely love the food. What really concerns me, however, is the lack of food safety precautions with delivery orders.
All of the food items arrive in sealed bags, except for the dessert, the kheer. Why is this item not sealed? It isn’t even taped. Looking at the container, there is no way to tell whether the delivery driver may have opened or tasted it. This raises a serious food hygiene concern. The lid could have opened during transit and been put back on, and there would be no way to know.
If this issue is acknowledged and addressed going forward, I would be happy to update my review to five stars.

The food was super delicious and actually filling. I don’t know how they made Lahore fish burger taste so amazing. The juicy lucy was really flavorful and of course juicy. And the Nashville hot chicken sando was a really good classic crispy hot chicken sandwich. I tried out their tandoori chai as well and it tasted fresh and great. I genuinely loved the food but I feel like it was pretty good for the price as well. Would def come again and call it my night time cravings. Also the vibes were really nice and chill and environment was clean and the employees were kind and respectful.

We had a great family meal here and really enjoyed everything. My kids and I loved the food, especially the burgers – they were delicious! The service was decent, and the atmosphere was calm and family-friendly. It’s also very convenient with free parking, which made our visit even easier. A perfect spot for families with children. The prices were reasonable too, around $25–30 per person. Thank you.

I don’t know how I’ve never written a review for Chaska but have been coming here for years now! Chaska has the best hot chicken I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I come here a little too often haha. Their food is so flavorful, the amount of food is perfect, and the service provided is great. Ray is always so welcoming and friendly! We recommend Chaska to everyone we know. If you’re debating on visiting, take this as your sign to come and eat some delicious food. The name literally means “addiction” and that can’t be closer to the truth!!

First time visiting and I got a Wagyu Burger! It was really delicious and flavorful, prices are fair given everything. Inside decor was nice and there’s tons of seats as well. I’d definitely recommend visiting and trying SOMETHING, that way you can see what they offer and their friendly staff!

Last Friday, I had my first experience at Chaska, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Rayhan welcomed us so warmly and was attentive throughout our meal, ensuring we had everything we needed.
We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was fantastic. The burgers were juicy and bursting with flavor, and the drinks were perfectly refreshing. But what truly stole the show for me were the loaded fries. I recently reviewed another spot with fries that I thought couldn’t be beaten, but Chaska’s have now taken the crown. They were perfectly seasoned and not at all greasy, and the generous portion of tender, flavorful protein on top was the perfect addition.
Chaska has definitely earned a place at the top of my list. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to treat their taste buds to a delightful culinary adventure in a peaceful setting.
