Chaska Indian Restaurant in Las Vegas delivers bold, comforting flavors that hit the mark, especially if you’re craving classic North Indian street-style dishes. The food was tasty, well-spiced, and satisfying across the board, from the pav bhaji and chole bhature to the Indo-Chinese options, all served hot and flavorful. While the quality and taste were definitely up to standard, portion sizes could be more generous for the price. The staff appeared a bit overworked, so minor delays are possible during busy times, but overall the food makes up for it and the experience remains enjoyable for authentic, no-nonsense Indian comfort food.

Completely satisfied! Everything we ordered tasted spot on — pudi idli with sambar, plain dosa, garden samosa, and peshwari chole bhature. It’s usually hard to find good South Indian food, but thanks to Chef Vijay, the sambar was really flavourful, the idlis were soft, and the dosa was perfectly crispy. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Highly recommend!

Just went here for the first time a few days ago and it was all fantastic and made fresh. The service was great, too, everyone is super friendly! We ordered butter chicken, palak paneer, kashmiri lamb masala, chili paneer and garlic naan. It was so good that we went back to grab takeout tonight. This time we tried the chicken tikka masala and palak chicken. I would order all of it again, but I have to say the chicken tikka masala is the best I’ve had.

Chaska Indian Street Food is a hidden gem just outside of Vegas! Chef Vijay personally took our order and prepared the food himself! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Emma was an amazing host and server, super welcoming and attentive. The service and food both felt personal and authentic. Definitely worth the stop if you’re craving real Indian street flavors with great hospitality!

If you’re here during the holiday season (Dec 2025), I’d say don’t even bother to waste your time coming to this restaurant; you’ll go back starving. Despite of plenty of tables being vacant, it took a while to get seated. Even getting water for the table took forever. We started with papdi chaat and samosa chat. Papdi chaat came with a few puris, yoghurt, mint-tamarind chutneys and a 5-6 pieces of tomatoes and ONLY TWO PURIS CONTAINED POTATO STUFFING (2-3 pieces each). Samosa chaat tasted just okayish, not the way we’ve had it here in the past. We wanted to order more food – rice and dal makhani to be precise, but the waitress (Laura) tells us, it’s going to take long because they had just seated 16 people group. When complained about the whole ordeal, waitress just kept saying sorry and blaming Chef Ram being rude.

Unfortunately, because of this mismanagement we (including my son) had to leave the restaurant starving. We did end up paying full price for the mediocre experience and wasted our time.

We’ve been to this restaurant multiple times in the past and never had such issue.

If you’re looking for tasty Indian cuisine, Chef Vijay Deokar’s restaurant is a must-try. The menu offers plenty of options for vegetarians and those on gluten-free diets. We ordered the Paneer Shashik Tikka, Palak Paneer Royale, Masala Dosa, and Rice Idli, and everything was delicious. The Palak Paneer was especially outstanding—it’s the best I’ve tasted in Las Vegas, very fresh and flavorful. Chef Deokar and his team were exceptionally warm and attentive, making the experience even better. My only disappointment is that I didn’t discover this place sooner. We’ll be returning!

The best food experience in Las Vegas near South premium outlets with Incredible ambience. Chef Ram Singh has prepared delicious menu such that any indian food cravings are satisfied with different regional delicacies such as Idli Vada Dosa from south india and multiple Biriyani, veg and non veg dishes from North india. We ordered Bahubali (blue);and Uff Mirchi (green) cocktails that were superhit. You will not be disappointed!

We have visited Chaska twice, first time with our dear Indian friends and then we came back to dine at Chaska again, because it was so good.
Chaska is located near the Las Vegas Factory Outlets South, very accessible from the airport.
The food was delicious and very flavorful. We have tried different menu items and everything was prepared fresh and you can taste the freshness, absolute perfection. Each dish was prepared with great care and culture pride. Everything was prepared with fresh ingredients that clearly stood out.
Truly amazing authentic flavors of India .
The highlight of our meal was Tandoori chicken, very flavorful and not spicy at all, perfect blend of spices.
The garlic naans were heavenly good .
We have even tried an Indian beer and it was very tasty.
The restaurant has two dining rooms and the entire restaurant is beautifully decorated. The decor is gorgeous and elegant. It is very welcoming and very clean.
The service was great, very professional and attentive. Although the restaurant was very busy for our second time visit, the staff managed to handle everything with professionalism. Excellent service.
Especially compliments to the Chef Vijay who prepared our food with such a great care.
Overall: we had a great experience and we highly recommend it! Must try this Indian restaurant if you’re into good Indian food! It is not just a meal- it is truly a delightful and blissful experience worth every minute of a drive from the Strip.
