Stopped by for the first time tonight and wanted to try some of everything. All the chicken was hot and crispy with a good crunchy breading and was made fresh. The tenders were huge and well cooked and seasoned. The sauces were good as well and the owner was very friendly and told us about the menu and had no problem making everything a different spice level for all of us. It was a rainy night (and very dark once the gas station closed and turned all its lights off ), but worth the wait! Our family enjoyed it, and we will go back

Picked going here on a whim late night on a weekend and it was great! Great service the guys were super nice and explained the menu and recommended things to us. All the food was made fresh and you can tell it was crispy and delicious. Smaller menu overall but when the chicken is that good you really don’t need more.The only small downside is it’s kinda a sketchy dark gas station they’re parked at and tucked to the side so you don’t really see it unless you’re looking for it. But food was delicious and service was great so what more do you really need? Prices were reasonable for the quality and the portion sizes were big and worth the cost. We got a bit of everything, chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, fries, mac and cheese bites, coleslaw, sauces, and drinks.

It is a take out food truck located at convenience stop. It was excellent tasting and better than expected. Service was quick and friendly. Prices were reasonable. Just what was needed. If you want some good take-out chicken you will not go wrong.

Outstanding Chicken Sandwich and Service!
Stopped by Chasin’ Chicken and tried their Deluxe Chicken Sandwich – wow, it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, perfectly seasoned and fried to crispy perfection. Everything about the food was top-notch.
On top of that, the service was outstanding – super friendly and quick. Thank you Alex and Landyn. Highly recommend if you’re craving great fried chicken. I’ll definitely be back!

I discovered Chaisin’ Chicken at the Sun Fiesta in Venice. I stopped by their food truck and am so happy I did! Their food was terrific and their customer service was just a good! Alex helped me out and I can’t say enough good things about him- or my experience as a whole! I might go back again today! Do your self a favor and try them if you haven’t already!

Finally, a great chicken place in the area. This little food truck is so good! The chicken was cooked to perfection, and the truck was perfectly designed for chicken in mind. The guy running it was super nice and friendly and was great with his customer service. Anyone in the area shouldn’t underestimate this place. Even though the gas station next to it is meh, the food truck is insanely good!

This is my first experience with Chasin Chicken. I walked up to the truck with no one else waiting to place an order but 3 orders were prepared and called out before I was finally asked what I wanted. Before that there was no communication made to me. I waited 10 minutes just to place my order.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and onion rings. I asked what Chasin sauce was and Alex (?) said it was a sauce. I asked what it is like. He told me it is like Carolina Gold. I did not know what that was so he said BBQ. I asked for mayo. Heat level of 3. My order was $15.89. I handed him a $20 but he could not make change. Credit card used. Then the wait.
My entire time from arrival to leaving with my order was 40 minutes. I walked home and discovered I had an overcooked chicken sandwich (the breast was cut in half), French fries, and coleslaw. Not what I ordered. I was not going back. The chicken was dry and I dislike thicker fries. I am sooo disappointed. I should have walked away after not even being acknowledged after 10 minutes of waiting to order. I cannot recommend this experience to anyone.
