Nikki the bar tender is the worst bar tender I’ve ever met, every other bar tender that works nights there is amazing, but nikki is the rudest most obnoxious person I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. She is aggressive and she could get a lot further if she was as nice as faith or any other bar tender there. I’ve seen Nikki scream and get nasty at people for things she could have just talked to them calmly about. Watched her rip things out of people’s hands or scream at people for smoking to close to the door when she could just politely ask people to move or stop doing something. Literally hate this woman, she has ruined the vibes at chasers, it was pure bliss when she didn’t work there for the summer. It’s really sad too because this has been my favorite bar ever since it was the first bar I had ever went to, I really hope they fire her because she’s losing the business customers and money.

the newest hire, the younger girl, does not give good customer service and has a bad attitude when asking for drinks if she doesn’t know how to make them. I will only bring my business in when Faith, Jonna, or Nikki is working because at least they treat customers with kindness and welcoming attitude. I have never left chasers in a sour mood until being treated the way I was by the newer girl.

I’ve been working on Albany 3 days a week for the past couple of months, and Chasers is a block away. Dear readers, you know how I feel about bacon cheeseburgers, and here’s another one. Perfectly grilled medium rare patties, crispy bacon, and fresh fixings, served with a pile of fries. I also recommend the Crispy chicken salad. It’s the real deal.
Now, let’s talk about service. I want to shout out to Nikki. You’re the one that keeps me coming back. You have a Masters degree in hospitality, and I thank you. Folks, drop into Chasers, and enjoy all their offerings. This is a great neighborhood bar.

The bartenders, Donna, Deshawn, and Faith are absolutely amazing! They love and care about evety customer as if they were a regular and their regulars as if they are a member of their family. The star rating in this review has nothing to do with the bartenders, we love them.
It is with a heavy heart however that i have to say, myself and a large group of my friends will no longer be stepping foot inside chasers due to the unprofessional, petty, and utterly disrespectful actions of the Karaoke guy.
Instead of doing his job and being professional he put his personal feelings about myself, my relationship and my friends ahead of the good of the bar. We have been regular, loyal customers and from this point forward we can no longer be patrons of an establishment that employs such a person. Over the years I have watched his interactions with patrons and have been appalled, but the petty attitude tonight was the the final straw.
As someone who has been loyal to chasers for years it breaks my heart that we can no longer feel safe, and included in a place that once felt lile a second home. I am thoroughly dissapointed in the leadership of the bar for allowing someone of this nature continue to be employed by them.
