Absolutely the best spot in town Amanda is fantastic her knowledge for mixology is by far one of the best in the area! To top it off we had some of the best service! This is most definitely the best spot on a Wednesday or any day for Food thank you so much for a wonderful 1st and second visit! Complements to the Chef Suzie as well picture below ⬇️

Wow I’m impressed! The service and dinner (bacon blue burger) was SO good! I can’t believe I didn’t get our servers name last name but she was more than friendly and on top of our order. Victoria is the manager now and no surprise her staff Rocks! The chef is VERY good! She is super friendly and even will serve you your food directly! You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs! Will be going back!

We had been suggested this by my neighbor and by some locals on a FB page i follow. Decided to give it a try.
My Fiancé ordered the Bacon Bleu Burger. He said it was seasoned well, the blue cheese had right amount of funk and melted well to work with the whole burger. Said the fries were good and decently salted. We asked for Ranch for our fries. Its a Parmesan Ranch and has shredded Parmesan cheese in it. Kind of odd but not bad in any way.
I like funky burgers so i decided on the Peanut Butter Jelly Burger. I must say it very interesting. It comes with Strawberry Jelly on it, but I feel it might taste better with either a Grape Jelly, Apricot Jam or Orange Marmalade.
The service was amazing. The name on receipt said Mercy. (Not sure if that was her name) but she was very friendly, informative, and attentive.
The bar was clean, festive, and they seem to have a fair amount of TVs for sports, they have bingo nights which looks fun.
Overall this is great place to come get food and hang out. We will definitely ve back for other food options and game nights!

The Chase Bar & Grill in Independence was a fantastic experience. This place has everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant evening. They have indoor tables and a outdoor patio with a cozy gas fireplace, where smoking is allowed. Everything on the menu is delicious, but they are know for there juicy burgers. Bartender’s are Josh & Zach, both are amazing & take pride in their work. Masks required, limited parking, cash and plastic accepted.

Live music on Saturdays have been our favorite. We love being able sit outback on the dog friendly patio, or sit back at the bar. The music is also never too loud which is nice. The atmosphere is great and you can tell everyone is enjoying the place as soon as you walk in! It’s also fairly affordable!

The best grilled chicken salad I think I’ve ever had! Super friendly staff and patrons. Fast, courteous service. Definitely my go to in Independence! You gotta try the peanut butter and jelly bacon burger as well! It scrumptious!

Great little local place. Looks mostly like a bar on the outside but definitely a good place to go for lunch. I had the Caesar salad. It was good but not amazing. I love salad and I judge based on the dressing and overall taste. My coworker had a salad that had chicken strips on it and he liked his salad. Everything is fresh and they do a good job on presentation. In the past I have gotten the club sandwich and it was really good. It is a good place to have a quick lunch.

First time eating here, and I have to say I’m so beyond disappointed. I order $60 worth of food, and it’s all disgusting, burnt, and cold. I ordered a chase club, got the ends of the loaf of bread , hard stale bread, and cold, hard bacon. I asked to add avocado but got guacamole instead. Also ordered a Irishman burger, a regular hamburger, and a French dip all of it was burnt, had old cold meat, and you could taste all of the food burnt to the grill from what I would hope is just from today. When I called to figure something out, all I was told was that the manager wasn’t available and they don’t know when they will, maybe Monday. Now I work at a restaurant and when someone complains about their food, I don’t need a manager to help them myself. I figure it out and get it taken care of… I don’t think I’ll ever try to eat here again.
