The server seemed sweet enough. The atmosphere is nice since there are floor to ceiling windows looking out at the water, the downside of this was that its also right next to apartments or condos (and the parking lot) so that kinda ruins the background for photos. No biggie, but worth mentioning. It’s also kinda cramped so if you don’t like tight spaces make sure your facing the windows (it helps). The food was good except the lava cake that had no lava, when we asked about it the server agreed saying “oh yeah it’s more like a brownie with ice cream on top”. If this is a common complaint it should have been mentioned since it was ordered at the very beginning of dinner. I understand up-selling for a better tip but that’s ridiculous. It was still a good night and the food was really good. I do recommend steak over pasta if you go. The mushrooms were worth a shout-out as well.

Food was amazing. We sat outside on a chilly night, but the fires kept us nice and toasty. It took quite some time for us to get service. However, our server was polite and kind which made up for the wait. Other than that everything was perfect.

Really enjoyed happy hour in the downstairs lounge. Paul was our server and he was very friendly and accommodating. The appetizers were so delicious and fresh. We had coconut shrimp, artichoke spinach dip, the hamburger sliders, truffle fries and lobster tartar. Everything was perfect including the ambiance. Paul brought my mom a slice of mud pie to celebrate her birthday.

✨ Amazing ambiance right on the marina
✨ And the FOOD… absolutely incredible. The swordfish melted in my mouth, and we had to have their Signature Chart House mud pie! So good!
✨ Zero regrets! 10/10 dinner! ️

Me, my wife and best friends ate there Sunday evening. It was 730 and the place was pretty empty. Our server was Emily she was pleasant and professional. She took the time to bring my friend 2 samples of wine so he could make a choice. . We all ordered a cocktail and they were good. I was the only one to order an appetizer and selected the beet salad. The portion was large and very good and beautifully plated. My friend ordered the 9oz Fillet Mignon and Emily said that the chimicurrie butter came on the side. The steak arrived with the butter poured over the steak and he did not enjoy the flavor. This dish was sent back . His wife ordered the Halibut and the fish was over cooked and dry . This dish was sent back. My wife and I ordered the Seabass and lobster risotto and it was cooked to perfection . At this point we had finished our first round of cocktails and it took us about 10 minutes or more to flag down someone to find Emily so we could order some more beverages . The refired steak came out and my friend thought that they only cooked a 7oz vs the 9oz that he ordered . His wife’s Halibut came out cooked to perfection . . So then this woman came over to our table and apologized for the mistakes with the food. We had to ask her who she was. She identified herself as the manager. She was poorly underdressed for a high end restaurant like the chart house. There was no offer like free desert or drinks to make up for the poor performance in the kitchen. We then ordered two desserts that we shared. The chocolate lava cake, and the Mud pie which were great. Overall we were surprised by some of the cooking and service, It’s not like the restaurant was busy, it was pretty empty. It is a beautiful restaurant with great views. I would give it another try, everyone has a bad day.

Incredible seafood and the best dessert in Daytona!
We had an amazing dinner here. The view of the Marina was beautiful, but the food was the real highlight.
The spicy tuna appetizer was wonderful. Well put together and executed perfectly.
The Grouper was fresh, flaky, and cooked perfectly—definitely get it while it’s available on the fresh menu. We also treated ourselves to the King Crab, which was massive, sweet, and worth the splurge if you’re a seafood lover.
The Hot Chocolate Lava Cake was to die for. The warm chocolate center with the Heath Bar crunch was the best way to end the night and the service was impeccable.
Highly recommend for a special night out!

Came during the Rolex 24 and everything was amazing! Cool bar and basement. Great attitude and effort from a tired staff close to close and delicious food and drinks! Wish we had a Chart House close to home

I love the Chart House. The food, the atmosphere, is spot on. Only doing this visit was due to 12 guests waiting 1.5 hours for food. We arrived at 5pm, ordered at 6pm and served at 7:30pm – but I had a wonderful birthday dinner and loved all of it. A couple ladies weren’t pleased but the staff made it right in the end. That’s what matters. It was a great birthday visit for me.
